All deposits must be paid in full. Partial deposits will not be accepted (unless a deposit special is advertised).

All deposit "specials" offered are a portion of the FULL deposit amount and are applied towards the total deposit rate.

No deposits will be accepted without a signed Terms & Conditions, signed Travel Insurance Acknowledgement & Requirement form, Cancellation Policy Acknowledgment form, COVID Acknowledgement, or any other required document. These documents will be sent via email.

Reservations without payments for 2 consecutive months are subject to full cancellation due to nonpayment. No refunds will be provided per our terms & conditions.

DIRECT INVOICE INFORMATION:

All guests will receive an invoice via email to make their reservation payments.

All invoices are subject to a processing fee of 3.5% +.30, which will be added to the total amount of the trip, tour, or event.

This will be read as a convenience fee on your invoice. This fee is nonrefundable.

Reminder notices will be sent via email within 7 days prior to payment due date.

Failure to pay the invoice by due date will result in a late fee of $75 per occurrence.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Monthly Payment amount will vary depending on the deposit special offered.

Participants will have the option to select Automatic Payments or Standard Payments.

Automatic Payments Due Date: 1st of each month

Standard Payments (not automatic) Due Date: 15th of each month (invoice will read 1st but you have until the 15th to make a payment EXCEPT for FINAL PAYMENT.

*Final Payment must be paid by the date on the invoice.

All rates are based upon the customized group package for the occupancy stated.

All rates and availability are subject to change until full deposit is received.

All rates includes all-inclusive amenities (some restrictions may apply due to COVID restrictions)

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:

A valid passport is required

Passport must be VALID for at least 6 months AFTER the date of departure.

Proof of passport is required. You will receive an email for submission.

It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain a valid passport. Failure to do so will result in the inability to participate. No refunds will be issued.

Proof of COVID Vaccination is required (this could also include proof of Booster shot)

Proof of Negative COVID Test required

Non US Citizens are responsible for checking the entry requirements from the country designated on their passport

Dunn’s River is undoubtedly one of Jamaica's national treasures. Dunn’s River Falls is an astounding flowing fall that extends across more than 183 meters (600 feet).

Globally, it is as well-known as Reggae and equally stimulating. The Spaniards called the area "Las Chorreras" - the waterfalls or springs - and it is truly one of the most beautiful spots on the island. A stone's throw from Ocho Rios, Dunn's River Falls is definitely the ultimate travel experience of a lifetime!
