Cancellation policy:
At MediaLife Travel, we require non-refundable deposits to secure bookings, and any additional payments made are non-refundable if cancellations occur within 60 days prior to the event. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and if made more than 60 days before the event, payments (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
