Your home base for the Hawai'i Unplugged Experience is the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort, set directly on the sands of world-famous Waikiki Beach. 

Perfectly positioned in the heart of Waikiki, this resort offers the ideal balance of oceanfront relaxation and everyday convenience.

Itinerary:
Day 1 (June 2, 2027) - Arrival to Hawaii
Arrive in Oʻahu and check in at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort. Take time to unwind after travel, explore the resort amenities, or enjoy a sunset stroll along iconic Waikiki Beach.
 
Day 2 (June 3, 2027) - Free Day 
Enjoy a full free day to relax or explore at your own pace. Spend the day at the beach or pool, or venture out for local shopping, a Diamond Head hike, surf lessons, or simple relaxation.
 
Day 3 (June 4, 2027) - Free Day
Another full free day to explore Oʻahu at your own pace. This is a great opportunity for beach hopping, cultural sites, scenic drives, or rest and recharge time. 
 
Day 4 (June 5, 2027) - Luau Group Experience (Optional)
Our only group experience — an authentic Hawaiian luau filled with food, music, dance, and cultural storytelling. 
 
Day 5 (June 6, 2027) - Free Day
Use this day to explore Oʻahu independently. Visit Pearl Harbor, experience the North Shore, enjoy a spa day, or go beach hopping across the island. 
 
Day 6 (June 7, 2027) - Farewell Island Time
Check out of the resort and depart Oʻahu, or choose to extend your stay independently to enjoy even more island time.
 
***Luau Group Experience date is subject to change. Pricing for the 2027 Luau Group Experience is not yet available and will be shared as soon as it becomes available.

City View: Starting at $1,500.00 per person

Partial Oceanview: Starting at $1,575.00 per person

Oceanfront: Starting at $1,650.00 per person

Malia Suite: Starting at $3,075.00 per person

Promotion: Kids Stay Free when you secure your reservation by January 16, 2026. After the promotional period, the cost will be $275.00 per child, ages 3–17.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • Should you need to cancel the reservation for any reason, you MUST notify us in writing at trips@kim-travels.com or message us directly through your reservation portal. All payments made to the reservation are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policies.
 

IDENTIFICATION:

  • It is important that the guest's name (first name and last name) be the same as the guest's non-expired government-issued photo I.D.
 
***As of May 7, 2025, U.S. travelers need a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or ID to board commercial flights to Hawaii. ***
 
DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $150.00 per room is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
 
PAYMENTS:
  • Monthly payments begin March 15, 2026 following the initial deposit.
  • Failure to make timely payments will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
  • All payments made toward this reservation are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  •  Reservations may be paid in full at any time prior to the final payment deadline.
 
PAYMENT GUIDELINES:
  • Initial deposit: $150.00 per room (non-refundable and non-transferable)
  • 12 equal monthly payments are required based on your selected room category.
  • Monthly payments are due by the 15th of each month, beginning March 15, 2026.
  • Final payment is due February 28, 2027.
 
 
MONTHLY INVOICES:
  • Invoices are emailed the 1st of each month for the upcoming payment by the 15th.
  • Invoices can be separated per traveler after the deposit is submitted by emailing trips@kim-travels.com or messaging through your reservation portal.
 
LATE PAYMENT FEE:
  • A $100.00 late fee applies to any payments made after the final payment due date stated on your invoice.
 
ROOMMATE POLICY:
  • Travelers booking double occupancy are responsible for securing their own roommate.
  • If your roommate cancels, you must either:
    • Pay the single occupancy rate, or
    • Secure a new roommate before the final payment date
  • No refunds or transfers will be issued due to roommate cancellation.
 
INSURANCE:
We strongly encourage all travelers to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment against:
  • Trip cancellation
  • Travel delays
  • Medical emergencies
  • Travel interruptions
  • Lost or delayed baggage
 
If insurance is declined, the traveler accepts full responsibility for any medical, cancellation, or interruption expenses incurred.
 
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION:
  • All payments made toward this escorted experience are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • To cancel your reservation, you must notify us in writing at trips@kim-travels.com. 
  • No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason.
 
PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE: 
KimTravels may take photographs or video during the experience. By participating, travelers grant permission for KimTravels to use their image or likeness for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation.
