Cancellation Policy Acknowledgment form, COVID Acknowledgement, or any other required document.

DIRECT INVOICE INFORMATION
All guests will receive an invoice via email to make their reservation payments.
All invoices are subject to a processing fee of 3.5% +.30, which will be added to the total amount of the trip, tour, or event.
This will be read as a convenience fee on your invoice. This fee is nonrefundable.
Reminder notices will be sent via email within 7 days prior to payment due date.
Failure to pay the invoice by due date will result in a late fee of $75 per occurrence.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION
Monthly Payment amount will vary depending on the deposit special offered and time of booking.
Participants will have the option to select Automatic Payments or Standard Payments.

Cruise Tours will be subject to penalties and fee as stated in the event details.
TWJA’, LLC will enforce and uphold the cancellation policy/contract of the supplier,
vendor, tour operator, hotel/resort/ and any other entity with whom we (TWJA’, LLC) have contracted for the event, trip, and or tour.
