I authorize Inner Bliss Yoga Studio and Bagshaw Travel to charge my card in the amount on this invoice and by authorizing this charge, I am agreeing to the Bagshaw Travel Terms and Conditions of Booking, which are located at www.bagshawtravel.com/t-and-c, including the agency's and principal supplier policies cancellation and refund policies, which may limit my right to a refund in the event that I choose to cancel or change my plans.

Final balance will be automatically debited on June 19, 2026 using the card on file. 

I understand that this retreat includes yoga and wellness activities led by Inner Bliss Yoga Studio. I acknowledge that participation in yoga, meditation, hiking, and other physical activities carries inherent risks, and I voluntarily assume all such risks. I agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Inner Bliss Yoga Studio, its instructors (including Tammy Lyons), and Bagshaw Travel from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in retreat activities. I confirm that I am physically able to participate in the activities included in this retreat and will inform the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect my participation.
