La Torre Resort is tucked away on Mutá Beach, a quieter stretch on the northern end of Porto Seguro, Brazil. It’s surrounded by palm trees and calm, clear water — a more laid-back vibe compared to the busier parts of the region. Day 1 – Monday, September 1, 2026

Welcome to Porto Seguro

  • Arrival transfer from Porto Seguro Airport to La Torre Hotel (driver only – approx. 30 minutes)

  • Check-in and enjoy free time to explore Porto Seguro at your leisure

Day 2 – Tuesday, September 2, 2026

Porto Seguro: A Path Through History

  • Explore the Historic City with capoeira, maculelê, ancestral medicine, and chocolate tasting

  • Visit heritage churches, scenic viewpoints, and enjoy cocadas and acarajé from local Baianas

  • Tour the Memorial of the Epic of Discovery with youth guides

Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Plan
   - A monthly payment plan is mandatory for all bookings.
   - The first three payments are strictly non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.
   - Remaining payments made after the initial three are refundable up until the final payment date.
   - Starting from June 21, 2026, all payments become 100% non-refundable.

2. Name Changes
   - Any changes to the name on the reservation will incur a fee of $100. This fee applies per change made.
   - It is essential to ensure that your booking details match your official travel documents to avoid any issues.

3. Late Payments
   - An additional fee of $50 will be charged for each month the account remains overdue.
   - If two consecutive payments are missed, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and all prior payments will be forfeited without exceptions.

4. Occupancy Changes
   - If there is a change from double occupancy to solo occupancy due to one guest canceling, the canceling guest will not receive a refund for any payments made.
   - The remaining solo occupant will be liable for the single occupancy rate applicable at the time their travel partner cancels.

5. Service Charges
   - All service charges associated with booking through Travel Joy are to be borne by the client.

6. Roommate Policy
   - Before booking, please carefully consider your roommate’s financial commitment and travel plans.
   - Should your roommate cancel or be removed from the booking due to non-payment, your reservation will be updated to the higher single occupancy rate.
   - A $100 fee will be charged for any name changes on the reservation due to such circumstances.

7. Registration
   - Please ensure that your reservation is made using the full name as it appears on your U.S. Passport.
   - Any name changes or corrections post-booking will attract a fee of $100. Accuracy during registration helps avoid these charges and travel inconveniences.

8. Travel Insurance
   - While travel insurance is not obligatory, it is highly recommended. It provides essential protection against unforeseen events that may affect your travel plans.

9. Cancellations
    - To cancel your booking, please send an email directly to Surreal Journeys Travel at surrealjourneystravel@gmail.com.
    - Ensure you receive and retain cancellation confirmation for your records.
