I certify that I am the cardholder, account holder or an authorized user of the payment method provided. I authorize Jess Peterman LLC, doing business as Jess Peterman Travel, through TravelJoy and its applicable payment processor, to charge or debit the payment method provided for the amount shown at checkout.

This authorization applies only to the payment I am submitting. If I separately enroll in automatic payments, I also authorize the scheduled payments shown on my invoice or payment plan.

I confirm that I have reviewed the invoice, traveler names, travel dates, services, known suppliers, payment amount, payment purpose, payment schedule and remaining balance.

Payment alone does not confirm my reservation. My reservation is confirmed after Jess Peterman Travel receives and accepts my completed booking form and required deposit and sends written confirmation.

Once Jess Peterman Travel accepts the reservation, the deposit and all other Portugal in Full Color trip payments are nonrefundable except as stated in the Portugal in Full Color Terms and Conditions or when a refund is required by law. If Jess Peterman Travel does not accept the reservation, the payment will be refunded.

Canceling or changing my plans does not automatically reverse a completed payment. Any refund or credit remains subject to the Portugal in Full Color Terms and Conditions, applicable supplier terms provided or made available before payment and applicable law.

The Portugal ground supplier is Deambular100Pressas, LDA, doing business as HeavenWood Travel. HeavenWood Travel provides or arranges the accommodations, transportation, tours, guides and other land services included in the itinerary.

I agree to contact Jess Peterman Travel promptly if I believe a payment was processed incorrectly. Nothing in this authorization limits any rights available under applicable law.

Washington Refund Notice

If transportation or other services are canceled by the seller of travel, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not performed in accordance with the contract between the seller of travel and the purchaser will be refunded within thirty days of receiving the funds from the vendor with whom the services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the vendor, the funds shall be returned within fourteen days after cancellation by the seller of travel to the purchaser unless the purchaser requests the seller of travel to apply the money to another travel product and/or date.
