Cancellation policy:
- By making a reservation for this package, you acknowledge and agree to accept our Terms and Conditions.
- All payments to Clutch'd Passports are nonrefundable and nontransferable because Clutch'd Passports has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that do not allow us to obtain any refunds. By receiving these payments in installments, we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents. MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether visas or passports are required.
- Missing a vacation is bad enough, but losing the money you paid for your trip is even worse. We require Travel Protection, which can provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, and more.
- Reservations are subject to availability. Prices may change without notice.
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan. Your invoice will note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your calendar.
- Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after the final payment date, plus any vendor fees.
- Late payment of $50 per person is required after the due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees will be added to your reservation five days after your payment due date. Suppose your travel reservation has been canceled, and you notify us within ten (10) days that you want to reinstate your reservations. In that case, a service reinstatement fee of $150 ($200 for international tours) will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance to apply for reconfirmation of services. Additional fees may apply if the travel price has changed.
- All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your invoice.
