Vacation Express Package

By making a reservation and submitting payment toward your Jamaica Naturally – A Juneteenth Luxury Escape with Divas Destinations, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Divas Destinations Concierge Services

Your reservation includes Divas Destinations Signature Concierge Services, providing personalized vacation planning, reservation management, payment monitoring, supplier communication, hosted group coordination, and support before, during, and after your vacation.

A $150 Divas Destinations Planning & Concierge Service is included with every reservation.

This one-time fee covers the professional planning and concierge services provided by Divas Destinations and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Reservations & Deposits

A reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and accepted by Vacation Express.

Reservation availability and pricing are subject to change until your deposit has been processed. All deposit is non refundable.

Divas Destinations reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation that violates these Terms & Conditions.

Payment Plans

Monthly payment plans are available for your convenience.

Although TravelJoy may send automatic payment reminders, it remains the traveler's responsibility to ensure all payments are made on time.

Your payment schedule is outlined on your invoice.

Final Payment Due:

May 18, 2027

Failure to pay your reservation in full by the final payment deadline may result in cancellation by Vacation Express.

Late Payments

Reservations not paid in full by the final payment deadline may be canceled by Vacation Express.

If Vacation Express permits your reservation to be reinstated after the final payment deadline, a $100 Divas Destinations Late Payment Administrative Fee per reservation will apply.

This fee is separate from any supplier-imposed reinstatement fees or penalties.

Late payment requests must be submitted in writing before the final payment deadline and are subject to approval.

Price Changes

Vacation package prices are subject to change until your deposit has been received.

Once your reservation has been confirmed, pricing is guaranteed unless Vacation Express imposes additional government taxes, fuel surcharges, supplier adjustments, or other mandatory charges beyond the control of Divas Destinations.

Travel Protection

Divas Destinations strongly recommends purchasing Vacation Express Travel Protection to protect your vacation investment.

Vacation Express Travel Protection purchased within seven (7) days of your initial deposit may qualify for enhanced cancellation benefits, subject to the terms and conditions of the Vacation Express protection plan.

Travelers declining travel protection understand they are responsible for any supplier cancellation penalties or non-refundable charges.

Cancellations & Refunds

The $150 Divas Destinations Planning & Concierge Service is non-refundable.

Vacation packages are governed by the cancellation and refund policies of Vacation Express.

Should you choose to cancel your reservation, Divas Destinations will assist with processing your cancellation through Vacation Express.

Supplier cancellation penalties may increase as your departure date approaches.

Before processing any cancellation request, Divas Destinations will obtain the current cancellation penalties directly from Vacation Express.

A $25 Divas Destinations Cancellation Processing Fee applies to all voluntary cancellations.

This fee covers:

• Communication with Vacation Express

• Obtaining cancellation penalties

• Processing cancellation requests

• Updating reservation records

• Providing cancellation confirmation

This fee is separate from any Vacation Express cancellation fees or supplier penalties.

Administrative Fees

The following administrative fees apply:

• Divas Destinations Planning & Concierge Service – $150

• Cancellation Processing Fee – $25 per reservation

• Late Payment Administrative Fee – $100 per reservation

• Name Change Administrative Fee – $100 per traveler, plus any Vacation Express fees

Name Changes

Reservations must be made using your full legal name exactly as it appears on your passport.

Approved name changes are subject to Vacation Express approval and will incur a $100 Divas Destinations Administrative Fee, plus any supplier-imposed fees.

Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents.

A valid passport is required for entry into Jamaica.

Divas Destinations is not responsible for denied boarding or denied entry resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.

Airfare

Airfare is not included in your vacation package unless specifically stated otherwise.

To ensure coordinated airport transfers, Divas Destinations will provide recommended flight schedules approximately six (6) weeks prior to departure.

Guests purchasing airfare independently are responsible for selecting flights that coordinate with the scheduled airport transfers.

Divas Destinations is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, missed connections, or additional transportation expenses resulting from independently booked airfare.

Airport Transfers & Club MoBay

Your package includes:

• Round-trip airport transfers

• Club MoBay VIP Arrival Service

• Club MoBay VIP Departure Lounge

Flight information must be submitted by the requested deadline to ensure transportation and Club MoBay services can be properly arranged.

Failure to submit flight information on time may result in delays or the inability to provide included airport services.

Hosted Group Activities

Your hosted group experience includes selected Divas Destinations events, which may include:

• Welcome Meet & Greet Dinner

• Royalton White Party

• Dreamer Catamaran Experience

• Farewell Dinner

• Other hosted group activities as outlined in your itinerary

Activities may change due to weather, vendor availability, safety considerations, or unforeseen circumstances.

No refunds will be issued for missed activities resulting from late arrivals, illness, personal scheduling conflicts, or voluntary non-participation.

Traveler Conduct

Divas Destinations is committed to providing a respectful, enjoyable, and welcoming group experience.

Disruptive, abusive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from group activities without refund.

Travelers are financially responsible for any damages caused to hotels, transportation providers, excursion operators, or other suppliers.

Photography & Media Release

Photographs and videos may be taken throughout the trip for promotional and marketing purposes.

By participating in this hosted group experience, you grant Divas Destinations permission to use photographs and videos unless written notice is provided prior to departure.

Supplier Responsibility

Divas Destinations serves solely as an independent travel advisor.

Vacation Express, Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters, airlines, transportation providers, excursion operators, and all other travel suppliers are responsible for delivering the travel services purchased.

Divas Destinations is not responsible for supplier delays, cancellations, weather events, schedule changes, mechanical failures, labor strikes, government actions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Force Majeure

Divas Destinations shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events.

Refund eligibility resulting from these events remains subject to Vacation Express supplier policies.

Payment Authorization

By submitting payment toward this reservation, you authorize Divas Destinations to process payments according to your selected payment schedule.

You certify that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided and agree not to dispute charges processed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance

By submitting your deposit or any subsequent payment toward your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as the policies of Vacation Express.
