VACATION EXPRESS CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICIES – PLEASE INITIAL EACH

_________ LAND PACKAGE CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES: Up to 3+ days prior to departure, there is a $25 per room fee (plus applicable hotel/feature penalties or fees) for any cancellations or changes, other than minor changes. Within 2 days of departure, there is a $50 per room fee (plus applicable hotel/feature penalties or fees). All changes are subject to hotel acceptance and penalties.

_________ SCHEDULED AIR CANCELLATIONS: Up to 3+ days prior to departure, there is a $50 per room fee (plus applicable hotel/feature penalties or fees) for any cancellations. Airfare is non-refundable. Within 2 days of departure, there is a $75 per room fee (plus applicable hotel/feature penalties or fees) for any cancellations. Airfare is non-refundable. Rebooking scheduled air, if airline permits rebooking, with an airline imposed change fee, is possible if the reservation is canceled with the airlines at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Regular cancellation penalties will apply to the land portion of scheduled air bookings. If you purchased the Reduced Deposit Plan [“RDP”], your initial deposit and the RDP fee is non-refundable.
