You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your travel bookings through PT. By submitting a credit card authorization form to PT, you agree to allow PT to use your payment method to purchase travel products from our Suppliers on your behalf. All payments for travel are due prior to departure according to each Supplier’s terms and conditions of booking. You understand that failure to make final payment or any violation of a Supplier’s conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservations, in your being denied access to any flights, tours, hotels, cruises, or other travel services, or in your forfeiting any monies paid for your reservations. In some cases, there is NO REFUND once a booking is made and under deposit. You may not be entitled to a refund if you change or cancel your travel plans after confirmation of a booking. All cancellation requests must be sent to PT in writing. As a result of cancellation, PT's and third-party Supplier’s cancellation penalties will apply. Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card or other payment method you authorized to pay for travel services or deducted from the Supplier’s refund.

All group trips, whether hosted or non-hosted, are non-refundable at final payment. Planning fees, and Initial, and secondary deposits for fully independent travel vacation packages are non-refundable. In addition, you are responsible for all Supplier cancellation fees, which can be up to the full amount paid. After final payment the trip is fully non-refundable.

Our Professional Services provide research and recommendations, preparation of quotes and itineraries, reserving and booking each element of your trip, securing quotes for comprehensive travel insurance, administration of your booking from deposit to departure, and follow-up post-trip with suppliers (as needed).&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;

Prissi Travels recommends that all clients purchase a travel protection policy to protect their investment in their travel. Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators all charge high penalties for cancellation, ranging from the full deposit to no refund at all. And, keep in mind that most health insurance policies will not cover you when you are out of the country. Travel insurance can protect you in the event of Trip Cancellation, Trip Delay, Trip Interruption, Missed Connection, Baggage Loss, Theft or Damage, Baggage Delay, Emergency Medical and Dental Expenses, and Emergency Medical Transportation, among other unforeseen circumstances."/>&#13;

By submitting a credit card authorization form to PT, you agree to allow PT to use your payment method to purchase travel products from our Suppliers on your behalf. EXCEPTING IN CASES OF FRAUD, YOU AGREE NOT TO FILE ANY DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO AVOID OR VIOLATE ANY BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PT OR ITS SUPPLIERS, INCLUDING CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES OF ITINERARY OR ARRANGEMENTS FOR REASONS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF PT OR ITS SUPPLIERS. All payments for travel are due prior to departure according to each Supplier’s terms and conditions of booking. You understand that failure to make final payment or any violation of a Supplier’s conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservations, in your being denied access to any flights, tours, hotels, cruises, or other travel services, or in your forfeiting any monies paid for your reservations. In some cases, there is NO REFUND once a booking is made and under deposit. You may not be entitled to a refund if you change or cancel your travel plans after confirmation of a booking. All cancellation requests must be sent to PT in writing. As a result of cancellation, PT's and third-party Supplier’s cancellation penalties will apply. Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card or other payment method you authorized to pay for travel services or deducted from the Supplier’s refund.

All group trips, whether hosted or non-hosted, are non-refundable at final payment. Planning fees, and Initial, and secondary deposits for fully independent travel vacation packages are non-refundable. In addition, you are responsible for all Supplier cancellation fees, which can be up to the full amount paid. After final payment the trip is fully non-refundable.

The purchase of travel protection is strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment.
