Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All of your payments to LA Travels are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
A valid passport is suggested but you can also cruise with a certified birth certificate.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
Once you make your reservations, you can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee. Late payment of $50 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
CREDIT CARD MERCHANT: We also strongly recommend that you use a credit card for your purchase, so that you can exercise your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act if you do not receive the services you purchased. However, if we are the credit card merchant, our role is to facilitate the sale, collect funds on your behalf, and remit those funds to the Suppliers. If the Suppliers do not provide the services, your only recourse would be against the Suppliers, and you agree not to initiate a chargeback against us (LA Travels, LLC).
You are responsible to keep LA Travels informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
Waivers:
LA Travels, LLC mandates that Waivers for refusal of Travel Protection and or Travel Insurance be signed by clients who refuse Insurance within 10 days of booking. Waiver for Release of Liability Travel must be signed by each individual person attending the trip.

This is an agreement between all of us to basically PLAY WELL WITH OTHERS. There is nothing worse than spending your hard earned dollars and looking forward to a vacation only for a person(s) to cast a shadow on your good time by:
*being NEGATIVE, COMPLAINING, and MISERABLE .
*Being intoxicated and obnoxious.
*Jeopardizing the safety of themselves or others by their actions.
*Being disrespectful of meet up times and punctuality.
*Being disrespectful to the culture of the nation we are visiting.
The following group harmony policy shall be effective as of July 1, 2022 and must be agreed to in writing upon deposit.
"To ensure the enjoy-ability, safety and overall quality of our group experiences, LA Travels, LLC reserves the right to expel any individual who is deemed harmful physically, mentally and/or emotionally or incompatible with the interests of the group. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who are argumentative and combative to staff or fellow travelers, intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will be the SOLE responsibility of the traveler. All unused services are non-refundable".
All Payments Are Due in US Funds by Credit or Debit Cards. Alternative Forms of Payment will not be accepted . You as the Client agree that La Rhonda Yokum and LA Travels, LLC Reserves the Right to Collect any and all Funds via Small Claims Court Associated with a Chargeback , including Legal Fees, if they are done under false and fraudulent Pretense in the county of the Principal Business Address , Which is Acadia Parish, Louisiana . Additional Cost of added features to a booking will be paid through LA Travels via PayPal or Square Payment as these payments will be paid to multiple Tour Operators and Venues in One Payment.
