TRIP BOOKING DETAILS: The booking for this trip is open from October 10, 2023 - May 15, 2024 (or until sold out).
Note: Currently, we are opening this trip up with limited booking slots. So, serious inquiries only! If you are serious about going on this trip, I advise that you book this trip as soon as possible, because this trip will sell out!
TRIP BOOKING DEPOSIT: A $250 NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required and is due at the time of the booking. This deposit secures your booking. The booking will NOT be confirmed until the deposit has been successfully received and processed.
PAYMENT PLAN: A payment plan is available immediately after the booking has been confirmed. Monthly payments will be adjusted depending on booking date. Monthly payments must be paid or you will forfeit the trip with no refund. If you unable to make your monthly payment, please email breezeinthesky21@gmail.com to see if other accommodations are available. All final payments are due by May 15, 2024. Please see the cancellation policy below.
ROOM SHARING: If you select a double occupancy room and will be sharing a room with another paid booking purchaser, please provide their name(s) in your booking, so I can ensure that you both are booked in the same room. If you are traveling/booking solo and interested in sharing a room, please let me know so I can assist you with matching you with a roommate. The cancellation period for this trip is from October 13, 2023 to February 15, 2024. Any bookings processed after February 15, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund (regardless of the reason).
Trip booking cancellations will be based on when your booking is confirmed! So, please refer to the cancellation deadlines and eligible refund below.
-Cancellation by November 15, 2023 is eligible for 100% of the booking payment (excluding the $250 deposit).
-Cancellation by December 15, 2023 is eligible for 50% of the booking payment (excluding the $250 deposit).
-Cancellation by February 15, 2024 is eligible for 25% of the booking payment (excluding the $250 deposit).
NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER FEBRUARY 15, 2024 (regardless of the reason).
Any bookings that occur after February 16, 2024, will be the booking purchaser’s responsibility to sale and transfer the booking to someone else’s name.
NOTE: Details about this booking are subject to change. Booking payments may only be refunded if the trip is cancelled by Breeze In The Sky®!
