By clicking Submit, you certify that the information provided is accurate and complete. You authorize Superliner Travel to charge the credit card you have provided for the total amount due for this reservation. You acknowledge that this authorization serves as your electronic signature and authorization for payment. You also acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy and that you have been advised that travel insurance is available and is recommended to protect your investment in the event of cancellation, interruption, illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, Superliner Travel includes the company, its owners, employees, independent contractors, representatives, tour escorts, and affiliated parties.

Superliner Travel serves as the organizer and coordinator of this tour and contracts with independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to Amtrak, local transportation providers, restaurants, attractions, and the riverboat operator, to provide services associated with this trip. These suppliers are independent entities and are not owned, managed, or controlled by Superliner Travel.

Superliner Travel assumes no responsibility for, and shall not be liable for, any injury, illness, death, property damage, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, cancellation, schedule change, missed connection, or other irregularity arising from or related to:

• The acts, omissions, negligence, or default of any supplier or third party;
• Mechanical failures or defects involving any vehicle, vessel, equipment, or facility;
• Weather, traffic, road conditions, train delays, river conditions, labor disputes, civil unrest, criminal acts, acts of God, public health events, government actions, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of Superliner Travel.

Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and participation in this tour. By registering, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Superliner Travel from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your participation in this tour, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Superliner Travel where prohibited by applicable law.

This tour includes moderate walking, boarding and exiting transportation vehicles and vessels, and other normal travel activities. Each participant is responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate safely. By registering, you acknowledge that you voluntarily participate at your own risk and accept full responsibility for your own health, safety, and personal belongings throughout the tour.

Superliner Travel reserves the right to modify the itinerary, transportation, restaurant, schedule, or included activities if necessary due to weather, supplier availability, operational requirements, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may provide coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, emergency medical transportation, accidental injury, baggage loss, and other covered events. Coverage varies by policy. Please review the policy carefully before purchasing.
