✅ 1. Confirm Your Passport Validity

Your passport must be valid through April 23, 2028 (6 months after the trip ends).
If you need to renew, begin early — processing times can be long.

This is a 17-day experience, October 6–23, 2027.
Please confirm you are available for the full journey:

• Arrive in London on October 6

• Depart from Naples, Italy on October 23

Your package includes:

• Hotels (4-star) in all destinations

• Daily breakfast

Flights are NOT included.

You can purchase flights from any city, but recommended routes are:

• To London Heathrow (LHR)

• From Naples Airport (NAP)

RDT will offer an optional group flight from IAD and/or JFK in late 2026 for those who want to travel together.

• Single occupancy (your own room)

• Double occupancy (if roommate matching is offered)

• $300 deposit OR split deposit through December 31

• Monthly payments begin after deposit approval

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for:

How to complete registration

Double/Triple Occupancy

1. Each guest will need to fill out their own registration form.

2. If you will be rooming with someone, indicate their name in the appropriate box on the form.

3. Submit your full or split pay deposit.

4. All parties initial deposits will need to be submitted before spot is booked and confirmed.

5. Once payment authorization is received, your trip will be booked.  Once RDT has received all confirmations, you will receive a welcome email that will outline reservation details.  If just a deposit was made or we will be adding other details to your trip experience, all final travel documents will be received 3-4 weeks before departure. 

 Single Occupancy (Only for guests who will not have a roommate)

1. Complete the registration form.

2. Submit your full or split pay deposit.

3. Once payment authorization is received, your trip will be booked.  Once RDT has received all confirmations, you will receive a welcome email that will outline reservation details.  If just a deposit was made or we will be adding other details to your trip experience, all final travel documents will be received 3-4 weeks before departure.

• Paris sightseeing with Hop On/Off tickets/Entrance to Eiffel Tower and Lourve Museum/Siene River cruise

• High-speed train from Paris to Nice

• 3 nights in Nice at Apollinaire Nice, or similar

• Full day trip to Cannes with English-speaking guide

• One-way, economy class flight from Nice to Milan

ITINERARY HIGHLIGHTS

Note: Hotels are subject to change.  If at all possible, reasonable replacements will be made and notifications of change will be made as soon as possible.

Payments and Fees

A nonrefundable deposit of $600 will be required to hold your space, with the remaining balance divided up to 19 monthly interest-free installments. Full and final payment is July 31, 2027.

Once your full deposit is made, you will receive monthly payment reminders with a link to make a payment authorization.  Note: A payment authorization is not immediately charged.  RDT applies the applicable authorization within 24 -48 hours of receipt to our travel partner.  Review your welcome/confirmation email for the name of the travel partner processing payments.

At this time, RDT does not require “catch-up payments” after a trip payment schedule has commenced.  We do require a minimum monthly payment of $200 to remain on schedule. 

Payment due dates are the 15th of the month.  Late payments will incur a fee of $50, assessed on the twentieth day following a missed payment. This fee will be added to the balance of your reservation.  Reservations with payments overdue by more than 30 days may be cancelled without the possibility of a refund.  If a reservation is cancelled—whether by request or due to nonpayment—you may still attend the trip by paying a $50 reinstatement fee, in addition to any applicable late fees and the overdue balance.  Please understand that no-shows, late arrivals, and early departures are non-refundable.  Additionally, room type downgrades requested within 180 days of the trip’s start date will not be eligible for refunds.

Cancellation Policy and Refund

For new bookings, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of submitting deposit, during which time you may receive a full refund of your deposit.  However, after this 24-hour window, all deposits become non-refundable.  If you need to cancel your reservation, you must submit a written request via email to info@rhoyaltydestinationtravel.com or via the cancellation form.

Cancellations incur a fee of $50 and is due at time of the cancellation request.  Requests that are subject to refunds of any payments made will follow the following schedule:

·      60 - 31 days prior to arrival – 40% of the tour non-refundable.

·      30 - 07 days prior to arrival – 75% of the tour non-refundable.

·      06 days - 72 hours prior to arrival - 100% of the Tour. (No Refund)

Reservations with payments overdue by more than 30 days are subject to cancellation without refund.  If your reservation is cancelled due to nonpayment but you still wish to attend, you will need to pay a $50 reinstatement fee, as well as any applicable late fees and overdue amounts. Please note that no-shows, late arrivals, and early departures are not eligible for refunds.  Late fees and reinstatement fees are non-refundable.  Additionally, changes to room types, such as downgrades, made within 180 days (April 6, 2027) of the trip start date are also non-refundable.

Again, we recommend a comprehensive travel insurance policy that includes a "Cancel for Any Reason" protection clause to cover your costs.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend a trip, we do allow you to transfer your booking to another traveler. Your deposit is nonrefundable and will be deducted from any funds returned to you after transferring your booking to another traveler.  The responsibility is yours to find someone to whom you can transfer your reservation and to initiate the transfer by bringing the new traveler to us for approval and processing.  While RDT can assist with the transfer process, the responsibility for finding a replacement lies with you.  If we resell your spot or room during the ordinary course of business, this will not be considered a transfer, and no refund will be due.

Please be aware that your deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from any funds returned to you after the transfer is completed.  Late fees and reinstatement fees are non-refundable.  Transfers must be finalized no later than 90 days before the start of the trip (July 6, 2027), and all requests should be emailed to info@rhoyaltydestinationtravel.com.

Roommate Policy

Rhoyalty Destination Travel does not provide roommate matching services.  However, a waitlist will be generated for those interested.

Travel Insurance

Rhoyalty Destination Travel does not provide health, life, or liability insurance for trip attendees. Therefore, all participants are required to submit proof of travel insurance by July 31, 2027. Please note that all deposits made to RDT are non-refundable, so having comprehensive travel insurance is critical.

Travel insurance can protect you against a range of unforeseen circumstances, such as emergency medical treatment, flight cancellations, unexpected financial changes, or scheduling conflicts.  It is highly recommended that your policy includes medical coverage, as well as "Cancel for Any Reason" and COVID-19 protection clauses.  To purchase travel insurance, you may use any travel insurance provider. To ensure eligibility for certain protections like, "Cancel for Any Reason," it is advisable to purchase travel insurance immediately after booking, as many providers only offer this coverage within 10 to 14 days of the initial booking.

Client Responsibility of Damages

By participating in a RDT trip, you agree to accept full responsibility for any damages caused to accommodations, transportation, or other property as a result of negligence, misconduct, or failure to follow instructions provided by trip organizers or service providers.

Disclosure of Allergies and Special Needs

Participants are required to disclose any allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or special needs either during booking or at least 30 days prior to the trip. RDT will communicate these needs to service providers and confirm accommodations, particularly regarding food restrictions, before scheduled meals and activities. Participants must also verify accommodations directly with providers when possible.

While every effort is made to meet participants' needs, limitations may arise due to local resources or provider capabilities. Those with life-threatening conditions must carry necessary medications, such as EpiPens, and inform trip leaders of their use. RDT is not liable for adverse reactions or unmet needs resulting from incomplete disclosures or provider errors, despite our efforts to ensure accommodations.

Foreign Government Travel Notice

Participants are responsible for adhering to the rules and regulations of foreign countries, including requirements for testing, vaccinations, health screenings, documentation, and prior authorization for travel. It is crucial to monitor any changes in entry requirements or deadlines. RDT is not liable for cancellations resulting from failure to meet these requirements, and no refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.

Terms and Conditions

When booking a trip with Rhoyalty Destination Travel, you agree to release the organization from liability for personal injury, sickness, death, property damage, or any other expenses that may occur during the trip.  Participation in all activities is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for any risks involved.

You also authorize RDT to provide transportation, food, and lodging as part of the trip, as outlined.  By booking, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of participating in the activities planned.  In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize necessary treatment and agree to cover all associated costs.

Furthermore, you acknowledge that travel insurance is mandatory and understand that you will not be permitted to attend without proof of an active policy.  Payment due dates are clearly communicated on the booking page and in your email confirmation.  By agreeing to the payment terms, you accept responsibility for any late fees and will not dispute payments made in accordance with your reservation.
