Travel Planning Fee Agreement

In order to perform the professional service required to design and arrange your travels, a research fee is required. The fee is non-refundable. Vacation planning involves a great deal of time. Our work is based on years of personal experiences and professional expertise. We research cruises, hotels, tours, and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, draft itineraries and more. We provide itineraries; vacation plans and tailored travel arrangements that give travelers a peace of mind and save them time.

Once FOSS Luxury Travel has constructed your itinerary, you are free to shop it on the internet, or wherever you may like. If you choose not to book with us for any reason(decided not to go, booked elsewhere, was just shopping, etc.) then the fee will be retained by us for services rendered. The research fee is valid for 30 days (includes two destination changes) Otherwise we will consider the request cancelled. If you reconvene anytime thereafter, a new research fee will be due.

RESEARCH FEE BREAKDOWN

Research fees are NOT applied to your balance.

Once research fee is obtained and flight arrangements are secured, FOSS Luxury Travel will:

✓ check all parties in for flight

✓ communicate any travel changes via email or text (your preference)

✓ send courtesy 24 hour before reminder with travel documents.

By signing this research fee agreement you are hereby agreeing to this agreement and its term listed herein:

The authorization and disclosure is not considered complete until this form is executed by you.
We will not commence any planning until research fee has be paid and we will not continue any planning if research fee are due.
Your quotes/proposals/itineraries cannot be released until this form is executed and returned.
I agree to the above terms and conditions and engage FOSS Luxury Travel to research my vacation plans.
Furthermore, I understand a new research fee will be charge should I initiate any new request after 30 days.
