Travel Planning Fee Agreement
In order to perform the professional services required to research and arrange your travel experience, a research and planning fee is required. Planning a well-designed travel experience requires extensive research and coordination to source travel options that align with your preferences and the type of travel experience you desire.
Our services are based on years of personal travel experience and professional expertise. We source travel options that best match your travel goals. All proposals, itineraries, and travel recommendations created by FOSS Luxury Travel are the result of professional planning and expertise and are intended exclusively for clients booking through our agency.
Research Fee Policy
The research fee covers the professional services required to research and source travel options based on your request.
The research fee will be applied as a credit toward your booking when you confirm and book your trip through FOSS Luxury Travel.
If you choose not to move forward with booking for any reason (including deciding not to travel, booking elsewhere, or simply exploring options), the research fee will be retained for services rendered.
The research fee is valid for 14 days from the date your proposal is sent and includes up to two destination revisions. Due to frequent changes in travel pricing and availability, quotes cannot be guaranteed beyond this timeframe.
If we do not receive a response within 14 days, the request will be considered inactive and any new planning request will require a new research fee.
Please Note: Research fees are not transferable to other travelers or trips
Once Your Research Fee Is Received
Once your research fee is paid and travel arrangements are confirmed, FOSS Luxury Travel will:
✓ Provide flight itinerary details (if flights are included)
✓ Check all travelers in for flights when applicable
✓ Communicate travel updates or changes via email or text (your preference)
✓ Send a courtesy reminder and travel documents prior to departure
Agreement Authorization
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the terms listed above and authorize FOSS Luxury Travel to begin researching your travel request.
Research will not begin until the research fee has been paid and this agreement has been signed and returned.
Quotes, proposals, and travel options will not be released until this agreement has been executed.
I agree to the above terms and conditions and engage FOSS Luxury Travel to research my travel plans.
Furthermore, I understand that a new research fee may apply for any new request submitted after 14 days.
