Cancellation policy:
All payments made to JEK TRAVELS are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because JEK TRAVELS has contractual agreements with hotels and vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Cancellation Deadlines:
Dec 10, 2020: Inform JEK Travels if you will be attending or canceling your reservation.
Dec 11, 2020: Resort penalties will begin, refer to terms and conditions.
Travel Insurance:
Missing a vacation is bad enough, losing your money that you paid for said vacation something else. We require Travel insurance on our JEK Adventures as funds are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your insurance premium is based on the cost of your trip and covers you during the entire travel process.
Terms & Conditions:
- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
- All payments made to JEK TRAVELS are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because JEK TRAVELS has contractual agreements with hotels and vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
- Travel insurance is not included in this package, it is highly recommended. We will be happy to add it to your package for an additional fee.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Name on invoice must match passport.
- Monthly payments are REQUIRED to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
- Payments not received my close of business day on your payment schedule due date will incur an automatic $30 late fee.
- Payments more than 30 days past due could result in the cancellation of your reservation and all monies being forfeited.
- Late payment requests must be submitted in writing to customerservice@jektravelsllc.com.
- Reservations not paid in full by final due date will be cancelled and all monies forfeited.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel.
- Name change from $100 per person. Resort may deny name changes at its discretion.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
