Why do you charge an agency fee?
Our agency has chosen to charge a fee for many reasons. For starters, we put a lot of time and thought into planning your trip. This makes sure the time we put into your adventure is compensated. Travel advisors are only paid by the resorts once our clients travel. This agency fee covers our time in the case that we work for hours planning your trip and something occurs, and you can’t travel. I can assure you that the fee is well worth the quality of service you will receive. 
 
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, for qualified bookings you are able to submit a deposit to secure your reservation and make payment plans until the final balance is due. If payment plans are unavailable from suppliers, you can finance your trip for up to $25,000 (subject to credit approval) 

Who pays the research fee for a group?
The host! Whoever is spearheading the group will be responsible for paying the research fee. Although some hosts choose to split the fee amongst the group, we will only process one credit card for the group research fee.

Will my rate be guaranteed?
The only way to guarantee that you receive a quoted rate is to secure a deposit. Travel rates are subject to change at any time without notice.

Can I cancel my trip and get my money back? 
Most travel packages are non-refundable, however, If you have purchased travel protection you have the ability to receive a refund in the form of a travel credit with the supplier or in the original form of payment. All client-initiated cancelations are subject to cancelation fees.

We will price match your pre-built itinerary with the top vacation suppliers in the industry to make sure you are getting the most value for what you’ve found!
