Cancellation policy:

  • Price & Availability subject to change and  are not confirmed until booked with a deposit
  • $500 Deposit (non refundable) due at time of  booking
  • 1st Payment of $1200 due by November 1, 2024
  • Final Payment due by February 1, 2025
  • Change fee of $75 per change after the 1st booking confirmation is issued (e.g., name changes, etc..)

  • If you are signing up for this trip as a couple or as 2 travelers with ONE form of payment, then please select '2 Travelers' when completing this booking form and enter traveler info for both guests.
  • If you are traveling in a roommate scenario, please fill out this booking form as '1 Traveler' and specify your rooming plans on the provided traveler booking form. If you know who your roommate will be, you can add their name as well when prompted.
