We're cruising around the best islands in Greece and the Turkish coast for 7-days in May 2023! I'd love for you to join me for an incredible trip around one of my favorite countries in Europe.

Minimum age to cruise: 18 on the day of sailing; No children under age 18 allowed - no exceptions. This is an adults-only cruise line.
 
Note: You must book the cruise with Nicks Easy Travel otherwise you will not be included in the group. Even if you don't plan to spend any time with us onboard or off the ship, we encourage you to still book with us so we can pass on our best price and offers we have for you.

Change In Cabin Occupancy:

Client understands if there is a change in occupancy of their cabin/room, cabin will be repriced at the time the change is requested and may result in change in price.
 

Valid Passport and Visa Required To Sail:

While our Sailors are free to voyage at will, some global rules for travel still apply. Our voyages require our Sailors to have a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months after the voyage end date. Based on your country of citizenship, some ports may also require a necessary visa to travel back into the homeport after the voyage has completed.

Note About Discounts:

Nicks Easy Travel will manually apply these discounts after you submit your inquiry form to us. We will email you right away after submitting your booking form with the updated price. The available discounts DO stack on one another. They are taken as a discount off of the base voyage fare, not including port taxes and fees.

Additional Discounts - Book Early & Save:

Book your voyage (way) ahead of time get rewarded for it, with 5-10% off the voyage fare when booking at least 121 days before their sail date: 

  • 180+ days out from sailing: 10% off base voyage fare
  • 179-121 days out from sailing: 5% off base voyage fare
 

Additional Discounts - Pay In Full At Time Of Booking

Voyages paid in full at the time of booking receive 10% off voyage fare. For a booking to be eligible for the 10% Pay in Full Discount, it must be: 
  • Made 180+ days out from sailing
  • Fully paid - the entire invoice amount including voyage fare plus taxes and fees - at time of booking with Nick

Name Changes:

Your can feel confident making plans, knowing that you can cancel your cruise within 120-45 days before sailing for a Future Voyage Credit worth their voyage fare or send a mate in your place with a quick name update up to 48 hours before sailing.
 

Deposit:

 
More than 120 days prior to your departure date, you'll need to pay 20% of the total room cost deposit to secure your booking (but don't forget, you can also hold a booking for 24 hours without any money down up until 45 days). After that, the full voyage fare is due at the time of booking. If you need to change your travel plans after this, you still have plenty of options for how you can use this credit. Just take a look at our cancellation policy or give our Sailor Services Crew or your travel agent a shout for more details.
 
Cancellation policy:
Virgin Voyage's cancellation policy was created to provide a better experience for our Sailors. Here's what you need to know: 
 

- You have the most flexibility outside of 120 days prior to your voyage. If you're booking at this time, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
- After the grace period (but still before the 120-day mark), you can receive a full refund on any payments, not including your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at this time.
- Between 119 and 45 days, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit, good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date. Sweet deal, huh? 
- Within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send a mate in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage, if you really can't sail.

Sailor Conduct Policy:
 

Although we're known for sometimes bending the rules, there are some we can never break. At Virgin Voyages, we have a zero-tolerance policy toward any illegal activity or behavior by Sailors or crew on board. It's our policy to report incidents of illegal activity or behavior to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. Additionally, the solicitation of goods or services of any kind is not permitted. Our crew reserves the right to disembark, quarantine, deny service of alcohol to, restrain or confine to a cabin or any other area, any Sailor whose physical or mental condition, or behavior, is considered to constitute a risk to the Sailor's own well-being or that of any other Sailor, crew member or person, or to the safety of the vessel.

Additionally, adult Sailors traveling with a Sailor 20-years-of-age or under will be held jointly responsible for the latter person's conduct and behavior.
