TIPS:

This tour is not recommended for people who have difficulty walking. Expect 3-4 hours of walking on included sightseeing days, as well as considerable time standing. Due to specific drop off and pick up points, additional walking to and from sights may be necessary. You may need to walk on uneven and challenging terrain, navigate steep steps or slopes, and encounter cobblestone streets

Most flights into London arrive in the morning, so if you’d like immediate access to your room upon arrival, please let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to arrange a pre-tour night for you. French breakfast typically includes pastries, juice, coffee, tea, and toast.

EXCLUSIONS:

  • International flights ARE NOT included in the package. Please be sure to budget separately for airfare, which typically ranges from ($1,000–$1,500).
  • Travel Insurance is highly recommended
  • Hotel city taxes to be paid locally each night or upfront
  • Beverage during included meals
  • Gratuities for Tour Guide (suggested $10-$20 per day)
  • Gratuities for Driver (suggested $5-$8 per day)

OTHER INFO:

  • All prices are based on the exchange rates in effect at the time the quote is provided. Should the value of the U.S. dollar decline, DelRio Tours reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly. Any increases resulting from currency fluctuations will be reflected on your final invoice. 
  • Monthly payments are REQUIRED to keep your reservation active, as we are bound by contractual agreements with our hotel and tour partners. If two consecutive monthly payments are missed, your spot on the trip will be forfeited.  
  • Flight Booking Guidelines
    • Outbound: Depart USA (your preferred airport) on June 18, 2027  →  Arrive June 19, 2027 in London, England (LHR)
    • Return: Depart Nice, France (NCE) on June 28, 2027  →  Arrive June 28, 2027 at your preferred airport
  • Daily itinerary will be shared 3 months before departure. 
  • Please download WhatsApp, as this will be our primary communication tool throughout the trip. The group chat will be launched one month before departure so everyone can connect and stay informed. Feel free to mute the chat until you’re ready to engage. 
CANCELLATION POLICY:


If there’s no other option than to cancel, we’d like to make sure you’re aware of the potential fees involved. The overview below shows this tour’s cancellation fees depending on how far ahead of the departure date you cancel.

All cancellations MUST be in writing and sent to INFO@DELRIOTOURS.COM.  Please note, any refunds of installment payments that have been made over and above the non-refundable deposits will be subject to a 5% processing fee (e.g. a refund of $500 will be charged a $25 fee), a minimum charge of $5 will apply. This processing fee applies if the cancellation is made prior to the effective date of the penalty period for the group.
  • Before 150-91 Days prior to arrival – Please note that the $200 deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation. 
  • Between 90-61 Days prior to arrival – You forfeit 50% of the tour cost.
  • Between 60-36 Days prior to arrival – You forfeit 75% of the tour cost.
  • After 35 Days prior to group’s arrival – You forfeit 100% of the tour cost.
