Cancellation
Deposits and travel insurance are non-refundable. If travel insurance is purchase, you can cancel your vacation for any reason, prior to travel dates, and receive a refund in the form of a travel credit or cash refund, which is determined by the insurance plan purchased. If a cash refund plan is purchased, you will receive a refund to your card minus the cost of the travel insurance and deposit. If a travel credit plan is purchased, you will receive a travel credit voucher minus the cost of the travel insurance and deposit.
If travel protection is not purchased, you are subject to the vendor’s cancellation policy.
