Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit & Cancellation Policy

    A non-refundable $600 per person Suitcase Gals administration fee is included in your initial deposit. This fee covers tour planning, group coordination, itinerary development, supplier management, and administrative services. The $600 administration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

    After the non-refundable administration fee has been deducted, any remaining refundable tour payments are subject to the following supplier cancellation schedule:

    • 45 days or more prior to the first travel service: Cancellation fee of 15% of the remaining tour cost.
    • 44-25 days prior: Cancellation fee of 30% of the remaining tour cost.
    • 24-15 days prior: Cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining tour cost.
    • 14-7 days prior: Cancellation fee of 75% of the remaining tour cost.
    • 6 days or less prior: 100% of the remaining tour cost is non-refundable.

     

 

  • Travel insurance is required to help protect your investment. We can provide you with a Travel Insurance quote once you have applied a deposit.

Clients selecting a double occupancy room must register with a travel companion. Suitcase Gals does not assign roommates for shared accommodations.

Please note that hotel rooms in Europe are often smaller than those found in North America. Room layouts vary by property and destination and may feature one double/queen bed or two twin beds. In many European hotels, twin beds are simply placed side-by-side to create a larger sleeping arrangement, while in others they may remain separate.

While we will request two twin bedding configurations, bed type and room layout are ultimately assigned by the hotel and cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as European hotels maximize space differently than many travelers may be accustomed to.

Our hotels are chosen for their excellent locations, comfort, and overall guest experience rather than room size. We encourage guests to view their accommodations as a comfortable place to relax and recharge after a day of exploring some of Europe's most exciting cities.
