  • Group pricing is based on double occupacy for GUARANTEED AVAILABILITY.   Single cabins pay a higher single-supplement per person than double occpancy cabins.
  • If the current promotion is less than group  rate availability the least expensive option will be booked.

Cabin Pricing
Cabin pricing is based from a category that allows me to select the cabin location with unobstructed view, in the better locations on the ship.  There are other cabin options that are obstructed or guaranteed, meaning you will not be assigned a cabin location until arrival and it will not be the better cabin locations.  The group cabins held are in the better locations, but if you prefer a less expensive option, I will work within budget to help you choose the best option.  The lowest price is guaranteed.  The bottom line is that I will help you book the best cabin within your budget at the best pricing available.

What's included in this trip:

  • Your cruise fare with taxes, fees, and port expenses.  
  • Cruise fare includes accomodations, meals throughout the day including Princess 4 -course dining rooms, entertainment, and an endless array of activities, including newly launched Discovery at Sea programs like Stargazing and more! 
  • Pre-paid gratuities (mandatory)
  • Travel Protection is 9% of cruise fare for standard travel protection .  (Not mandatory but highly recommended).
What's not included in this trip:
  • Transfers to Galveston port and parking at cruise terminal
  • Optional Shore Excursions (Options to be provided after booking)
  • Pre or Post cruise hotel accomodations (may be added upon request)
  • Optional Princess Plus and Princess Premiere Packages may be addeded for included drinks, WIFI, gratuities, specialty dining,  and other amenities.  Pricing will be provided for upgrades. Deadline for Group Pricing: 

Staterooms must be held with $200 deposit by August 27, 2024.  Anyone wishing to join the cruise after that may be added at the prevailing current rates with best pricing available and cabin availability at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy: 

Deposits are non-refundable.  The cruise is refundable until final payment is made.  If travel protection is purchased and final payment is made, a claim would need to be initiated by client to receive future cruise credit after cancellation.
 
Travel Documents Required:
This is considered a "Closed Loop Cruise".  A US Passport is not required, but obtaining one is strongly advised.  If you have a US passport, your booking must match your US Passport.
If you do not have a US Passport, you may travel with a valid Driver's License AND a certified copy of your birth certificate.  

 
 
 
If you know you want to join the cruise but are not sure which room category, you complete the information form and submit your deposit authorization.  I will not process any payments until  cabin category and options are finalized.  If you have any questions, you are welcome to reach out.
 
An informational session will be held at the Standford House on Tuesday, August 6th at 5:00 pm.
