Cancellations & Refunds: The initial deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made 30 days or less before departure are subject to 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 60 days or less before departure are subject to 50% cancellation fee.
Insurance: Travel Insurance is optional but highly recommended. The organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred during this trip. Participants are encouraged to secure appropriate insurance coverage for travel, health, and personal belongings. If you would like travel insurance, please select one of the travel insurance options in the booking.
Itinerary Changes: The organizers reserve the right to make any changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond anyone’s control. Any alterations will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
Participant Responsibilities: Participants are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, visas and vaccinations. Participants are urged to comply with local customs and laws and to respect the cultural norms of the destinations visited.
Liability Waiver: Participants acknowledge that the organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to property. The organizers are not responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellation of services due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
Group Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner respectful of fellow travelers, locals, and the cultural & natural environment. Failure to adhere to group conduct guidelines may result in removal from the trip.
Photography & Media: The organizers reserve the right to use photographs and videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified by participants.

Cancellations:
You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 9AM local time the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the VPP, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of Vacation Express future travel certificates, known as a VPP Voucher, less the VPP plan cost as follows:
Vacation Express exclusive non-stop flight packages and hotel only packages will receive a VPP voucher for the cost of the package, less the VPP plan cost. Scheduled-air packages will receive a VPP voucher for the cost of the hotel portion less the VPP plan cost along with the airline ticket numbers and be advised of the ticket cost. If you used the reduced deposit plan [RDP] for your booking you must have paid for your airline ticket, insurance and the cost of RDP in full in order to receive the airline ticket for future use. The Magic of The Rainforest Tour

Pure Wildlife and Nature Start the adventure swimming in a beautiful natural waterfall in the middle of a tropical forest. Then we will travel for around 40 minutes to get to Tenorio to explore a virgin rainforest where our naturalist tour guide will teach you the secrets of our amazing jungles, also we do a sky walk through 2 incredible hanging bridges that provide the most gorgeous views of this paradise (around 1.5 miles hike). After this we will take you to a small local restaurant where you will taste the real authentic Costa Rican cuisine with a delicious lunch that you will never forget. Then we will go to do a short walk where you will have opportunity to see up close the sloths in their natural habitat while exploring their marvelous ecosystem and also will participate of the quest for some of our world famous frogs including the incredible Red-Eyed Tree Frog and the tiny Poison Dart Frog all them wild, we will go to a small local farm where you will taste and learn everything about the traditional natural coffee and chocolate of Costa Rica, no chemicals all the process hand made, also will taste the natural sugar cane. you will love this authentic Costa Rican experience.
