We are Destinations Travel Solution Limited Liability Corporation (DTS, LLC) and we are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us and what we can expect from you as the Traveler. The term "we", "us", and "our" refer to DTS LLC and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement. By booking with DTS, LLC you agree to the general terms and conditions (T&C's) of this agreement. Any payment constitutes acceptance of the these terms.  All terms contained in this document are subject to change at any time without notice at DTS, LLC sole discretion. Therefore, each time you book, please review the T&C's for any changes/updates. 

If you are securing travel for yourself and others, all references below to "I" (and derivations, including without limitation "my" and "me") will understandably be interpreted to mean you and also on behalf of yourself and each Traveler that is traveling with you on the same quote.  You agree to advise other Travelers about these T&C's.  If you are making a Booking on behalf of any other persons, you are responsible for bringing these  to the attention of such persons and advising them they will be bound by the same. 

 
By booking through a Professional Travel Agency, all communications prior to departure, including questions about changes, cancellation, payments and refunds, must be made through the Travel Agency and not directly with the Supplier(s) . When you agree to do business with (DTS, LLC),  you are entering into an agreement for professional travel services.  DTS, LLC works with only the top Tour Operators and has acquired multiple certifications with some of the best Travel Suppliers in the industry.  

THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING RELEASE WAIVER OF LIABILITY, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

All guests waive, releases, discharges, and covenants not to sue Destinations Travel Solution, LLC and affiliates, members, sponsors, organizers, or other representatives or their successors and assigns for injuries or damages of any kind suffered as a result of this vacation or any related activity.   DTS, LLC is not the source or supplier of the travel services, airline travel, or any third party operated excursion or activity that that has been requested, and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of the services.  Therefore, DTS, LLC is not responsible for the Suppliers shortcomings or failures in providing travel services or compliance with travel laws.  DTS, LLC is released from any acts of omission on the part of the Supplier(s) that may cause any trickle down negative effect such as but not limited to damages, delays or inconveniences, bankruptcies, itinerary changes or acts of God or the government.  It is acknowledged that these things are outside of DTS, LLC sphere of control.
 
Use of Photography and Media
Guests agrees to full permission, perpetual, and worldwide for organizers to use names, photographs, video, audio, or quotations in accounts or promotions in any social media platform or print once pictures and testimonials are shared with DTS, LLC.
 
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your travel bookings through Destinations Travel Solution, LLC. By submitting a credit card authorization form to Destinations Travel Solution, LLC, you agree to allow Destinations Travel Solution, LLC to use your payment method to purchase travel products from our Suppliers on your behalf.  EXCEPTING IN CASES OF FRAUD, YOU AGREE NOT TO FILE ANY DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO AVOID OR VIOLATE ANY BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DESTINATIONS TRAVEL SOLUTION, LLC OR ITS SUPPLIERS, INCLUDING CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES OF ITINERARY OR ARRANGEMENTS FOR REASONS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF DREAM MAKERS OR ITS SUPPLIERS. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO CHARGEBACK, REVERSE OR RECOLLECT A PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED TRIP PAYMENT, DESTINATIONS TRAVEL SOLUTION, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COLLECT ALL ADDITIONAL COSTS, FEES AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH CHARGEBACK, REVERSAL OR RECOLLECTION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY FEES.

 
Cancellation policy for Destination Dubai '25: 
 

No refund or reduction in price will be made to any Traveler for airfare, accommodations, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour fare but not utilized by the Traveler.

In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons–we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your intentions to cancel in writing. Cancellation fees apply to the land packages and/or services.  Cancellation fee is $100 plus non-fundable deposit and the balance will be returned based on the following:

  • 120 - 91 days prior to final payment–Full payment minus non-refundable deposit plus cancellation fee 
  • 90 - 60 days prior to final payment–50% of the Tour minus non-refundable deposit plus cancellation fee 
  • 59 - 21 days prior to final payment–75% of the Tour minus non-refundable deposit plus cancellation fee 
  • 20 days - 7 days prior to final payment - 90% of the Tour minus non-refundable deposit plus cancellation fee 
  • Less than 7 days to final payment or No Show–No Refund...100% of the tour is the penalty

For any train or flight tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the advised cancellation policy at the time of booking. In case of special train journey and high peak season bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which will be advised at the time of booking).

 

The above policy also applies to the guest who cancels due to positive covid test, health issues or any other reason.  All refunds will be processed 45 days after receiving the cancellation request.

 

Reinstatement of Reservations: If your travel reservations have been canceled, and you notify us within 14 days that you want to reinstate your reservations, a service reinstatement fee of $100 ($200 for international tours) will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance in order to apply for reconfirmation of services. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of DTS, LLC

Last-Minute Reservations: All reservations must be made no later than 30 days prior to departure. If requested services cannot be confirmed, payment will be refunded. If services are confirmed, final payment is due within 24 hours and all applicable cancellation penalties will apply. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of DTS, LLC

 

Important Points to Note:

* Full payment must be received 90 days before the travel date

*It is highly advisable to buy travel insurance ensuring that the coverage is adequate to cover even severe conditions including cancellation charges & covid policy as well as quarantine period expenses if you test positive for covid

 

In case of human or computer error, Online Destinations Travel Solution, LLC reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price of the product or service.
