  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions
  • All payments made to Escape The Grind Getaways and Vacations are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport or travel documents
  • Any reward points are at the discretion of the hotel/resort
  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current
  • Name changes are not allowed unless you are newly married or newly divorced
  • A valid passport with at least 6 months left after the dates of travel is required.
  • Transportation to the originating airport is NOT included
  • All late payment request must be approved by management and subject to late penalties
  • 3.5% + .30 charge for credit card processing 
  • Price is subject to change until deposit is made on accommodations
 

Cancellation policy:

All money is non refundable.  It is highly recommended that you purchase insurance to protect your trip against cancellation! Travel insurance, depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be eligible for a refund. To obtain a cancel for any reason policy you must purchase the policy within 21 days of your initial trip deposit. Flight cancellations are subject to airline penalties and policies.
