- 60 days or more prior to departure - Loss of deposit ($250/person,)
- 29 to 59 days prior to departure - Loss of 50% of trip total
- 28 days or less before travel commences - 100% loss

- Name change
- Up to and including 60 days prior to departure $50 per name change
- 29 to 59 days prior to departure $150 per name change
- 28 days or less before travel no name changes allowed
- Room category or occupancy change
- Up to and including 60 days prior to departure $100 per change
- 29 to 59 days prior to departure $150 per change
- 28 days or less before travel no changes allowed
