Travel Protection & Cancellation
Included: VPP
Eligible cancellations receive a non-transferable future travel credit, less the non-refundable plan cost. Rebook and complete travel within one year of the original travel date. No cash refund.
Optional Upgrade: VPP+
Add $60.00 per person for 3 or 4 nights, or $70.00 for 5 nights. Eligible cancellations refund to the original payment method, less the non-refundable plan cost. Select within seven days of deposit or by final payment, whichever comes first.
Hotel-only cancellation cutoff: The provider must receive cancellation by 9:00 AM Jamaica time on your scheduled check-in day. Cancellations must be submitted before this deadline.
Plan costs are non-refundable. Without protection, deposits and payments are subject to penalties and are not guaranteed refundable. Cancel-for-any-reason is a pre-departure waiver; non-refundable hotel rates, change fees and reduced-deposit fees are excluded. Full booking and plan terms apply.
