NOTE: If you need assistance with flights from destinations other than STL, please let us know this when you pay your deposit.
Once you approve, we will provide you with a rate and include it with your cruise fare.
Notes
If your roommate is paying for his/her trip separately, then they should register and book separately. We will adjust the invoice and resend back out to you.
If you need a flight from a different city other than STL, book the package without flights. Then, we'll adjust your rate after booking your flights.
Cancellation Policy
Payments are non-refundable unless travel insurance is purchased.
Payments
A payment plan will be suggested when you register but you are not obligated to use it. You can pay on your own schedule as long as you meet the deadlines provided.
YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT OF $25 per person REGISTERS YOU FOR THE CRUISE IS DUE DEC 10th, 2023
YOUR FULL DEPOSIT OF $250 per person ALLOWS US TO ASSIGN YOU TO A CABIN. IS DUE FEB 1ST, 2024
FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE JUNE 15th, 2024
Please note: Pricing for motorcoach transfers and flights are approximated and subject to change at this time. C&S Tours will do its best to maintain current rates and will inform you as early as possible if an adjustment must be made.
