Quote Request 

Custom vacation quotes require a Non-Refundable $25 RESEARCH FEE. WHY? This fee covers time to fulfill your inquire, any changes, processing of cancellations, handling of flight changes/delays, ensuring your have proper travel documents (passport, etc.) and anything else that may arise before or during your vacation.

 

Your quote will include a minimum of two options based on the information gathered via the travel inquiry form and/or our consultation. We offer two revisions to this quote within 10 business days of delivery of the initial quote. Any revisions or quotes after this are subject to a new fee. Clients must respond to quotes and /or provide feedback within 10 business days of receipt of the initial quote or face the risk of abandoning the quote request. Please make sure you check your email, junk mail and spam/promotions folder when waiting for a response. 

 

Delivery of Quote Request

 

The quote will likely be sent within 72 hours up to 7 days (one week) depending on the trip type upon the receipt of the booking inquiry form & the booking inquiry fee. I will reach out to you if any additional information is required. 

 

The client has 5 business days upon receipt of the quote to submit the appropriate deposit amount in order to secure the services of Lux Travel Express. Revisions are also included within the same time frame. 

 

Terms & Conditions

I authorize Lux Travel Express to charge the credit card indicated on this document for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for Research Fees described on the invoice that I have reviewed and approved.

1 understand that all Initial deposits made to Lux Travel Express are non-refundable unless explicitly otherwise stated. This charge Is for Research Fees for my requested trip with Lux Travel Express. I fully understand that if this payment is not received within 48 business hours of receipt, Lux Travel Express will consider this request null and void.

Please read below:

1. Research fees will be used towards the final payment of the booked trip. Research fees will not be used towards the deposit at all.
2. If the trip is canceled at any time, for any reason, Research Fees are considered nonrefundable and will be used to compensate Lux Travel Express for time spent creating the trip. Any additional payments made directly to the supplier and are refundable will be processed as a Trip Credit or Refund depending upon the Travel Insurance selected at the time of booking. If no Travel Insurance Is selected, all funds are nonrefundable ad will be forfeited at the time of cancellation.
3. Research fees will be $25 for individual booking requests of 5 people or less and $100 for more than 6 people. A group of 15 or more passengers will require a larger deposit based on the needs and dynamics of the request.
4. All names and emails of travelers MUST be provided at the time of the request. This is required to gather the traveler's information, ages, and other dynamics to properly price the trip.
5. Any repeat clients of 2 or more trips booked and traveled will have their research fees waived.

Lux Travel Express has had to implement this as we have experienced too many requests and free quotes have gone out without potential clients booking and the Agency is losing on funds.

I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice. I understand that in order to begin this process, full payment must be received timely.

 

Cancellation Policy

The booking inquiry fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. No exceptions.  

 

Booking inquiry fees are not reimbursable through travel protection. 

 

Please be advised that pricing is subject to change at ANYTIME until your deposit is paid. If we send a package to you that is attractive, we highly suggest that you pay the deposit to lock in the rate. Travel is *high demand* and rates are fluctuating. Our airline and hotel partners update their inventory hourly, and we cannot guarantee a price, flight, or room without your deposit. Our current turnaround time is **72 hours min.** unless you pay the $20 rush fee.  When you receive a confirmation after submitting this form, that means we have received your inquiry. All communication for your trip prior to travel will be via email or travel joy (unless I have an immediate concern requiring phone call)!
