Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Policies. - All payments to Free Spirit Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Our packages include multiple vendors with various cancellation policies. PURCHASE CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE within 21 days of making your deposit to protect your investment in case you need a refund. COVID-19 has shut the entire world down. Be prepared for the unexpected.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport!
- The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current.
- Choose your roommate wisely. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
- Make your reservation early to keep your monthly payments low. THE FINAL PAYMENT IS January 7, 2024
- Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to room availability.
- All roommates must pay the deposit for the room to be reserved.
- Payments are invoiced through TravelJoy. You will receive payment email reminders to the email address used to register.
- If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to terryclark@freespirittravel.net. We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.
- Participation in the festivities can only be purchased from the organizers of the group unless otherwise noted. Only registered guests are permitted to participate in private activities.
- Click “Book Now” to select your desired vacation package.
- You MUST have a roommate to book anything other than a single-occupancy package.
- Each roommate MUST book separately UNLESS you are a couple. Couples must book together under one reservation.
- You MUST include your roommate's name on the registration form. Your package will automatically be changed to a "Single Occupancy" without the roommate's name.
- All roommates MUST submit a deposit by the deposit deadline.
- If you are rooming alone, then you must select a Single Occupancy Package.
- Continue to enter your information as the "Traveler".
- Submit the required deposit amount or full payment. Select the Auto-Pay option to set-up automatic monthly payments, if desired.
- An invoice with your monthly payment schedule will be emailed to you within 72hrs.

Terms & Conditions: Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Free Spirit Travels, LLC Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer Policy, and Privacy Policy. To see the full terms and conditions please visit www.freespirittravel.net.
Payments: Payments are NOT automatically processed. Your monthly schedule will be provided to you via invoice upon booking this trip. You must utilize the invoice to submit all payments if you do not select the Auto-Pay option. An automated payment reminder will be emailed to you one week prior to each scheduled payment date.
Credit/Debit Card Fees: A standard convenience fee will be charged. The final amount (including convenience fees) will be displayed prior to the final purchase. This fee is not avoidable.
Late Payment Fees: A non-refundable late payment fee of $50 will automatically be added to your reservation if your monthly payment has not been received within 3 days of the scheduled payment date.
Failure To Submit Payments: If you should go more than 60 days (2 months) without submitting a payment or without discussing a payment arrangement with us, your reservation will automatically be canceled without notice. A fee of $150 will be required to reinstate the reservation.
Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Free Spirit Travel, LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation, all payments submitted to Free Spirit Travel, LLC will be non-refundable and non-transferrable without travel insurance. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance.
Refunds: All payment to Free Spirit Travel, LLC is non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because Free Spirit Travel, LLC has contractual agreements with our hotel, transportation, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.
Payment Disputes: The traveler agrees to not file a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank/financial institution and to instead utilize her travel insurance in the event that she can no longer attend the planned trip. Traveler agrees to not file a chargeback in violation of Free Spirit Travel, LLC's Refund Policy. In the event that a chargeback is requested and/or processed, Traveler agrees to repay Free Spirit Travel, LLC for the full amount and be responsible for any fees incurred in recouping payment, including attorney’s fees.
Travel Insurance: Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. You are responsible for purchasing your own insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (which you should), most carriers require that you purchase the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase while others on the day of your initial deposit. As a reference, Buy (travelguard.com) can assist you in purchasing an insurance policy that is suitable for you.
