  • Eco-Tax (approx. $1.65 - $3.84 USD) per room, per night determined by each individual property, paid at check-in.
  • Chic Cabaret Show and other dinner/show entertainment restaurants.

  • Wedding Day - Monday, December 14th, 2026
 

Due Dates:

  • August 10th, 2026  $300 deposit must be made by this date to reserve a room.
  • August 15th, 2026  One night of the total stay is due.
  • October 1st, 2026  The remaining balance is due.

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Bethany and Cory’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other booking method. We offer contracted group rates that have been secured through a room block to make this as easy as possible. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at TRS Coral as part of the wedding group.

 

  • Guest booked outside of this agreement must pay a separate pass fee to attend each wedding function & event.
  • October 11th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust (shift) the dates reserved.
  • Guests must be 18+ at time of check-in.
  • If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact maricela@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
  • TRS Coral, like most resorts, do not guarantee bed sizes, they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to receive your requested bed type.
  • Some rooms may have a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony and be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
  • Please note, “beachside” and “poolside” at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres mean these rooms are closer to the beach or pool.

 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation August 15th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  • Between August 15th, 2026 and October 1st, 2026 any cancelled room nights will incur a 1 night penalty charge.
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after October 1st, 2026 you are responsible for 100% of your original room total. 

 

A 3 night minimum is required.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

TRS Coral will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of  TRS Coral and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by TRS Coral.
