1. Hotel & Security Fee:
   The hotel we will be staying at is the Grand Mercure Hotel or similar. The deposit fee is $100 per person. Once the deposit is done, you can make the balance payment in as many parts as you want. All the balance must be clear 80 days prior to the trip date.
2. Hotel Details: We will confirm the exact hotel details closer to the travel date, once all arrangements are finalized. Rest assured, it will be one of our trusted partner properties. Upon check-in, most hotels do require a credit or debit card for incidentals, which is a standard procedure. No charges are made unless you use additional services.
3. Shopping & Transportation:
   If you`d like to go shopping, you can get a cab outside from the hotel to the shopping center easily. 
4. Phi Phi Tour & Park:
   The Phi Phi tour is included in the package; there will be no additional charge if you`d like to visit the Phi Phi Island National Park. The cost of park entry is already included in it.
5. Ma Doo Bua Cafe Option:
   I’ll be happy to add the cafe to the package. Please advise the guest's name who wishes to add the cafe, and I will do it. 
6. Dress Code – There’s no strict dress code, but we recommend wearing comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. For certain cultural or temple visits, modest attire (shoulders and knees covered) may be required. For the elephant tour, lightweight clothes and comfortable shoes that don’t mind getting a little dusty are ideal.
7. Upgrade Room -Yes, the current price is based on the standard room category. If any of your clients are interested in upgrading—such as to a room with a swim-up pool—we can certainly explore that option. We will need to wait until the travel date gets closer and the hotel is confirmed to explore room upgrade options like swim-up pool access. At that time, we can check availability and share the upgrade cost accordingly. 

8. Weather - July is part of the rainy season in Phuket. You can expect short, heavy showers, often in the late afternoon or evening, but they usually don’t last all day.  The good news is that there are still plenty of sunny periods, and it’s generally less crowded and more budget-friendly during this time. Just pack a light rain jacket or umbrella, and your trip should still be very enjoyable!

9. Thailand Airport Information - AS NOTED FLIGHT IS NOT INCLUDED, but here's the airport you should use, please make sure to book flights from the U.S. to Phuket International Airport (HKT) — that will be your arrival point for the itinerary.
