You should schedule your flight to arrive in Seychelles International Airport (SEZ) on October 18, 2026 no later than 11:00am. This means you will fly out of the United States on October 17, 2026. You should also schedule your departure flight for October 24, 2026 from Seychelles International Airport (SEZ).

*All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable per our terms & conditions.
*All deposits must be paid in full. Partial deposits or monthly payments will not be accepted (unless a deposit promotion is advertised).
*Payment of deposit indicates that you have read and agree with the Terms & Conditions.
*Reservations without payments for 2 consecutive months are subject to full cancellation due to nonpayment.
*No refunds will be provided per our terms & conditions.
DIRECT INVOICE INFORMATION:
All guests will receive an invoice via email to make their reservation payments.
All invoices are subject to a processing fee of 3.5% +.30, which will be added to the total amount of the trip, tour, or event.
This will be read as a convenience fee on your invoice. This fee is nonrefundable.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Monthly Payment amount will vary depending on when deposits are made. Travelers have the option to select Automatic Payments or Standard Payments.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
A valid passport is required Passport must be VALID for at least 6 months AFTER the date of departure. Proof of passport is required. You will receive an email for submission. It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain a valid passport. Failure to do so will result in the inability to participate. No refunds will be issued.
VISA REQUIREMENTS:
A Visa is not required for entry but you will need to apply for a Travel Authorization (TA). The standard application fee is EUR 10.90. You may apply up to 30 days before your flight. You may apply for a Travel Authorization by visiting http://seychelles.govtas.com

(Physical Activity) This tour is a continual moving itinerary.
This tour includes riding for extended amounts of time (1 to 2 hours at times). Traveler must be able to walk short to long distances.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Traveler has 10 days to cancel from the date of deposit for the return of the deposit and/or payments made during that 10 day timeframe. All cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email to brittany@travelingwithqueen.com. Due to contractual agreements with vendors/suppliers all payments received for Traveling With Queen Customized Group Tours are non refundable and non transferable past the 10 day time frame.
Traveling With Queen will enforce and uphold the cancellation policy/contract of the supplier, vendor, tour operator, hotel/resort/ and any other entity with whom we "Traveling With Queen" have contracted for the event, trip, and or tour. Traveling With Queen does not have the authority to override the cancellation policy of any supplier, vendor, tour operator, hotel/resort/ and any other entity with whom we have contracted for the event, trip, and or tour.

All terms & conditions are listed below. Payment of the deposit indicates that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the terms and conditions for this tour.
After you make your first deposit, you are required to make monthly payments or your booking may be cancelled for abandonment of reservation. All previous payments will be forfeited. If you find yourself in a difficult financial situation and cannot make a monthly payment please email us immediately at brittany@travelingwithqueen.com so we will know not to cancel your reservation.
All travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. We strongly suggest all cruise passengers to have a valid passport in their possession while cruising.
