It's my job to plan every aspect of your trip, including flights, accommodations, and excursions. If there is an issue, I work on your behalf to fix it.The travel market has exploded with an overwhelming amount of confusing options. Ahrrive Travel will save you time by sifting through all the options and presenting the best choices based on desire and budget given. This gives you the ability to avoid online travel agencies (like Expedia and Cheap Caribbean), their small print rules, and terrible customer service. Ahrrive is always just a phone call, text, or email away.  

When you work with Ahrrive Travel, you will always speak to an actual human being, in a timely manner. Working with Ahrrive ensures that all the details of your trip, no ,matter how fine,  will always be handled BEFORE you embark on your memory-making voyage.

I realize that not everyone requires a bespoke itinerary. If you are comfortable and have the time to do your own research, whilst still supporting my small business, please click here to book flights, excursions, hotels, and cruises. 
 
2. Individualized Curated Trips
This is the preferred service Ahrrive Travel offers by meeting/speaking with you and crafting the trip of your desires, to your specifications. 

To start this process, this is a small booking fee involved. Why does Ahrrive Travel charge a booking fee? It takes a considerable amount of time and sweat equity to research, plan, and organize a trip, particularly for more than one person or group. 

There are a lot of phone calls, emails, and data that have to be completed and exchanged. Remember,  a personal touch allows you to enhance your trip with one-of-a-kind experiences, tailored to your interests, that you’d either never find on your own, or simply don’t have the time to look for. The non-refundable research fee insures fairness in compensation for the efforts of the Ahrrive Travel. This fee covers, not only building your custom trip, but

  • Handling and changes or special requests with airlines and hotels
  • Creating and administering payment plans
  • Being accessible before, during, and after your trip
  • Processing insurance and cancellations 
  • Travel advice based on you, as an individual client
