- Transportation- All guests must arrange their transportation to and from Port Canaveral.
- Pre or Post Cruise hotel accommodations. A room block at a local hotel will be secured for anyone interested.
- Excursions- This can be added to your package or booked on board. Links will be provided.
- Sodas and alcoholic beverages
- Travel insurance- It is highly recommended that you purchase vacation protection to protect your investment in the event you have to cancel.
- Gratuity- This can added to your reservation upon your request or you can pay once onboard the ship.
Carnival Mardi Gras has a total of 93 activities that are sure to keep you entertained throughout your journey.

Kids ages 2-11 can get caught up in all the excitement of being kids, hanging with others their age at Camp Ocean (no additional cost). Or they can join the wacky, wonderful Dr. Seuss™ brunch for character story-time and more at Seuss at Sea™.
Kids under 2 can enjoy lots of supervised fun in Big Fun for Infants and Toddlers (at additional cost).

Nestled on the stunning south side of Grand Bahama Island, this paradise is perfect for everyone, whether you’re traveling solo, with your partner, or with the whole family.
Imagine stepping off your ship and entering 65 acres of fun, relaxation, and adventure, all infused with the Carnival vibe you know and love. You’ll explore five unique “portals,” each offering a different side of fun. From a mile-long white sand beach and the largest freshwater lagoons in the Caribbean to local Bahamian cuisine, vibrant shopping, and even an adults-only beach club. This group will enjoy customized swag bags, a shared cocktail party, onboard credit, and so much more!! A $30 service fee per person will be added to all bookings to cover the services I provide which include but are not limited to, 24/7 concierge service, expert advice, flight reservations, hotel accommodations, advocating on your behalf, and so much more. Our website is used for credit card authorization. We process all payments directly with Carnival through their travel agent portal.

Note: Packages must be purchased through Fly With Tye to participate in the events for this group. Driver's License or state-issued ID and Birth Certificates (Long Form) are required to board the ship. Passports are allowed but not required.

Book in your full legal name as it appears on your passport.
- For cruise travel, you will need a long form birth certificate and an unexpired Government issued photo ID. A passport is allowed but not required.
- If you are flying to your cruise port, you will need a REAL ID.
Flight Planning Tips:

Start looking for flights about 9 months before departure. Use alert tools for best pricing.

We highly recommend flying into Orlando (MCO) at least 1 day before the cruise begins.

Travel Documents:
Once your trip is paid in full, you will receive all travel documents and itineraries via email no later than 30 days before departure.

Chargebacks:
Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank, please contact Fly With Tye by email at info@flywithtye.com to discuss and resolve any concerns with your reservation. Taking this step allows us to assist you promptly and avoid unnecessary disruptions.
Please note: Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in the cancellation of your booking and could affect your ability to travel with Fly With Tye in the future. Additionally, it may also affect your standing with the hotel/resort, airline, or cruise line associated with your reservation, potentially preventing future bookings with those partners.
