This event is adults only and exclusively reserved privately for our group. You must book your accommodations with King's Leisure & Travel to attend any events! All of the events listed for King's Leisure & Travel clients are PRIVATE!
 
TRAVEL INSURANCE
 
  • Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore recommended. You can purchase travel insurance on your own or using the link below. 
 
OCCUPANCY DETAILS
 
  • Single Occupancy= one person to a room
  • Double Occupancy= two persons to a room
 
TRAVEL NOTES
 
  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. 
  • Any information provided on the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
  • When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you can elect to be added to our auto-bill payment plan option.

  • Please review our auto-bill payment plan option.
  • Please note you should begin looking for flights 9 months before the event. Some travel sites will allow you to set alerts to advise you when prices are dropping.
  •  The airport code for Antigua is ANU. 
  • All flight information will need to be submitted at least 60 days before travel to include your transfers. Failure to submit flight information will forfeit your transfers for your trip.
  • When making flight arrangements, please ensure your flight arrives in Antigua by 3 PM. This will ensure you have enough time to settle in before our first event later in the evening.
  • The transportation is ONLY for the dates that you book your trip with us.
  • You may be asked to place a credit card on file at the time of check-in to cover incidentals while staying at the resort.
  • Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 15-30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.
  • It is the guests’ responsibility to notify King's Leisure & Travel of all email address changes.
  • All attendees must be 18 years old or older.
  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
  • All of your payments to King's Leisure & Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today to lock in this low price. 
  • A valid passport is required. If you do not have a passport, please apply for a passport ASAP if you do not have a valid one.
  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
  • Monthly Payments are required.
  • Reservations with payments overdue by 30 days will be automatically canceled, with no refunds, and deposits will be forfeited. 
  • Once you make your reservations, you can view your invoice to view your balance and all payments 24/7.
  • Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee up until your final payment date on your invoice
  • Late payment of $250 per person is required after the final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping King's Leisure & Travel updated of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
  • Once you purchase your flight you should enter your flight information into our database, so we can ensure a shuttle is ready to transfer you to resort.

  • Due to contractual obligations, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended.
