We understand that circumstances may arise that are beyond your control, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this policy may cause. However, our company enters into contractual agreements and incurs administrative and operational expenses when processing and maintaining your reservation.

These expenses may include:

Payment processing and reservation system fees
Employee time spent processing and managing your reservation
Customer service and administrative support
Reservation management and related operational costs
Contractual commitments made with our travel and cruise partners

Because these costs are incurred as part of securing and servicing your reservation, the deposit is non-refundable after September 2, 2026, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Once the deposit becomes non-refundable, it cannot be returned, transferred, or applied as a refund if the reservation is canceled.
