A limited number of each room category has been reserved at a special price and payment terms for wedding guests. Availability is limited and not guaranteed until deposit is processed. Bedding configuration is on request and not guaranteed. You are making a bedding request and we will do everything possible to produce your request!

This is not included in the rate as our office will try to group wedding guests together to bring down the per person cost for the group or you can request to book a private vehicle.
We will request your flight information around 30-45 days prior to travel.
You have two options:
- To be included in the group manifest
- To book a private vehicle for your traveling party
We offer competitive rates with round trip private vans for your comfort and once we have a completed group manifest we will share per person rates 30 days prior to travel!

What's not included:
- Travel insurance - Policy options will be presented if you accept insurance after you book. Policies are based on value of your trip, DOB, and your state.
- Airline seat assignment/baggage fees, if applicable. Fees are payable directly to airline after flight is ticketed.

- Any meals not mentioned
- Other ground transportation, unless mentioned

- Cancel for any reason travel protection (highly recommended)
Other things to know:
- Wedding: November 4, 2023. Please arrive 1-2 days prior to the wedding. No day of wedding arrivals.
- Valid Passport is required for ALL travelers.
- Initial Deposit $100 PER PERSON + insurance if applicable
- Second Deposit (50%) – July 13, 2023
- Final Payment (Balance) – August 9, 2023
Cancellations made after deposit is paid that have not purchased insurance will incur a $100 per person room penalty.
CANCELLATION TERMS:

If you cancel between these dates, the following penalties will accessed.

No refund for unused portions of the trip. 100% cancellation fee for no shows or if cancellation is made after travel is scheduled to begin.
• Any changes must be done in writing. No exceptions. Changes requested after the final balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.
• Changes made within 14 days of travel will incur a $25 fee.
• Last minute bookings within 21 days of travel will incur a $150 fee.
•Once your booking request (rooms are not guaranteed until confirmed by the office) is received, our office will process the booking internally. If for some reason we do not have your room or room nights in the block, we will request them. This process can take up to 72 hours so we ask for your patience.
• Once your booking is processed internally, Vagablonde Travel will send you a receipt showing your room category, dates, remaining balance, and how to make additional payments. This serves as your confirmation.
• 5 days prior to your second or final payment, Vagablonde Travel will send you a reminder in case you need to update your file with a new card.
• 4-5 weeks prior to travel, Vagablonde Travel will send you a reminder email requesting your flight information if we do not already have it. We will request transfer preferences. This information will be used to coordinate ground transportation as a group. We will work to group wedding guests together on arrival and departure to bring everyone’s ground transportation cost down.
• 4 weeks prior to travel you will receive an email with how to download the App for your final travel documents.
• 2 weeks prior to travel you will received your travel documents in an App and PDF form.
WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes! A passport is needed to fly to and from the U.S. and Mexico. - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. I FOUND A CHEAPER PRICE ONLINE, CAN YOU MATCH IT?
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Vagablonde Travel please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated in the block at the resort for accountability and organization for the staff. To expedite the process, please take a dated screen shot of what you found. It must include the final total price (with all taxes and fees), what the price includes (dates and room category), the website you found it on.
DO I NEED A COVID TEST?
At this time, no testing is required to enter Mexico or return to the USA.
DOES MY INSURANCE COVER COVID OR THE PANDEMIC?
For further questions regarding the insurance policies we suggest you call the company direct after you receive your quote. They are specialist and we just offer their product. They have a cancel for any reason policy and over 25 covered reason should you need to cancel.
