The times on this itinerary are subject to change. If there is a change in time you will be notified via email. Departure/ meeting location will be provided at least 2 weeks prior to the trip date. 
 
 
Payment:
 
This package can be paid in full, or a deposit with the final payment being due August 10, 2026.
Children 2 and under have free admission to Six Flags. If they will be occupying a seat including occupying with a car seat, there is $60 roundtrip seat fee. Do not include them in your traveler count for the package deal. There will be an add on option for children 2 and under, please add the child there.  Choose either lap child or child under 2 in a seat. 
 
 
PLEASE NOTE: Anyone under the age of 18 will be required to be accompanied by an adult. You will have to show photo ID prior to boarding the bus. Anyone under 18 that does not have an adult present and traveling with them will be denied entry to the bus and no refunds will be given.  Birthdays must be entered on the client form at the end of the booking. Each booking with a child must also have an adult listed on the booking. If there is not an adult on the booking, the booking will be cancelled.
 
The pick-up location will be near the downtown area. There will likely be a parking fee to park your vehicle for the day. 
 

Cancellation policy:

The deposit is non-refundable. The last day to cancel and receive any payments made less the deposit is July 15, 2026. 

 
Waiver and Release Agreement:
 
Each individual traveling, regardless of age, will be required to have a Liability Wavier and Release Agreement on file. This document will be sent to you after you pay your deposit. One form for each traveler will need to be filled out and emailed to Hop, Skip, & Away, LLC (HSA) at info@hopskipaway.com, or the form can be handed to the tour operator on the day of departure.  If HSA does not have the form on file and the form is not provided prior to departure, you will not be able to board the bus for the trip, and your trip will be non-refundable.  If you are filling out the form for a minor child, please put their name at the top of the form and sign your signature at the bottom.
