💎Quote Request

 

Your quote will include a minimum of two options based on the information gathered from the client inquiry form/questionnaire. With one destination you will receive up to (3) options based on pricing and availability.  

 

💎Quote Request Fee

 

This fee is for my time researching, planning, negotiating and creating a customized vacation package for your needs.  There is a $25 non-refundable research fee for the destination of your choosing.  Clients must respond to quotes and /or provide feedback within 72 hours of receipt of the initial quote to lock in the given price by paying in full or placing a deposit or you could be forfeiting the quote request.  Any revisions or additional quotes after the 5 days are subject to a new fee.  Once the vacation deposit is made, you as my client, will continue to receive our professional services such as us making reservations, keeping you up to date with your payment plans, all the way to checking to make sure all of your paperwork is up to date and submitted. These services begin from the moment you book until you arrive safely home after your trip.

 

💎Delivery of Quote Cancellation Policy Quote Request

​The client will receive a quote within 24-48 hours upon me receiving your completed $25 research fee and completed booking inquiry form/questionnaire.  Keep in mind we will always reach out to you if any additional information is required. The client has 72 hours upon receipt of the quote to submit the appropriate deposit amount in order to secure the services provided by Dime's Delightful Destinations. This is due to suppliers holding quotes for up to 72 hours before the quote expires.

💎Cancellation policy:
The research inquiry fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Research inquiry fees are not reimbursable through any travel protection, if you cancel your trip, my time is valuable and the research fee covers the hours put into making reservations and any possible cancellations. I thank you for understanding and allowing Dime's Delightful Destinations to assist you with your travel needs.
