  • Submitting information via this reservation form DOES NOT automatically confirm your reservation. Bohemia Wedding Travel will email you a confirmation of your reservation and payment invoice after a payment has been processed correctly.

  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

  • May 10th, 2025 $100 deposit must be made by this date to reserve a room.
  • May 15th, 2025 50% of your room total is due.
  • August 25th, 2025 The remaining balance is due.
 

Reminders:

The wedding block is closed, but we can try to work with the hotel to get the original block rates for you. Please reach out to hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com. If you choose to book at the hotel outside of the wedding block, please make sure to let Meg and Deep know via your RSVP.

 

  1. Wedding Day Passes are only available to 20% of wedding guests who book outside for an additional fee of $150 per wedding event.

  2. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.

  3. Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.

  4. August 29th, 2025 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or shift the dates reserved.

  5. Maximum capacity in a guest room is two (2) adults and two (children) under 13 years of age, three (3) adults and one (1) child under 13 years of age or (4) adults and no children based on existing bedding. Subject to room category.

  6. Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.

  7. Children must stay in room with at least one adult.

  8. When 1 adult and 1 child ages 0 - 12 are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before May 9th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.

  • Between May 9th, 2025 and July 9th, 2025 you may reduce up to 20% of the booked room nights. Any room nights released beyond this threshold will be charged 30% of the original booking.

  • Between July 9th, 2025 and August 21st, 2025 you may reduce up to 10% of the booked room nights. Any room nights released beyond this threshold will be charged 50% of the original booking.

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers after August 21st, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

  • If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

 

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
