Cancellation policy

Traveler has 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel trip and receive a full refund. Cancellations must be made in writing to info@luxtravellife.net. After 24hours, the trip deposit – and all future payments – are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Traveler is required to purchase travel insurance in order to travel with Lux Travel Life, LLC. Lux Travel Life, LLC encourages traveler to book travel insurance policy within a week of initial trip deposit or payment. Lux Travel Life, LLC highly recommends purchasing a comprehensive “Cancel For Any Reason” insurance policy.  

By booking, traveler understand that travel insurance is the only means of receiving monetary reimbursement for flights and non-refundable expenses should the trip be canceled or changed for any reason, whether voluntarily or because of Lux Travel Life, LLC actions.
