TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
 
  • Friday - Day 1 : 10:00AM - Depart 
  • Approximately 2:00pm - Stop at Jolliff Middle School, Chesapeake, VA for additional passengers
  • Approximately 4:00PM - arrive at Hampton Inn -Henderson, NC  27536
  • Dinner
 
 
  • Saturday - Day 2:  BBQ Cookoff Seven Springs Farm & Vineyard
  • Breakfast at the hotel or on your own
    • Depart hotel - 2pm
  • Return to hotel  -  time TBD
 
  • Sunday - Day 3:  Return to Baltimore
  • Depart hotel approximately 11:00AM
  • Stop for lunch, time TBD
  • Stop in Chesapeake, VA 
  • Approximate arrival in Baltimore 7:00PM
 

Refund policy:

All payments to GEM Travel LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because GEM Travel LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.  Travel Insurance is recommended

Prices: 

All prices listed are per person based upon shared double occupancy unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature, such as laundry, beverages, food (other than where clearly specified).

 

Payments:

Deposit: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.  All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit, and the amount due and the monthly payment plan will be clearly noted.

Full Payment: All reservations can be paid in full at the time of booking as long as the tour still has available space.

Late Payment: There is a $45 late fee for all late payments.

Returned Payment: There is a $45 fee for all returned/declined transactions.

 

Cancellation policy:

Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to info@mygemtravel.com with your full name, and travel date.  If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours, please call 443-914-3434 to ensure your information was received.   If you have purchased Travel Insurance you will receive assistance with contacting the vendor for your claim.
