DAY 1 — Arrival & Welcome Dinner at Valle Pacífico
Arrive in Cali and settle into the NH Boulevard del Río. Your first evening begins with a Welcome Dinner at Valle Pacífico, where the flavors of the Pacific coast set the tone for the week ahead.

DAY 2 — Fundación Ecracia Canasín & Festival Evening
Spend the morning at Fundación Ecracia Canasín, a cultural institution celebrating Afro-Colombian heritage. In the evening, experience the festival in full swing with live music, dance, and culture.

DAY 3 — Fundación Katanga Instrument Workshop & Festival Evening
Dive deeper with a hands-on instrument workshop at Fundación Katanga, learning about traditional Pacific instruments. Return to the festival for another unforgettable evening performance.

DAY 4 — Morning at Leisure & Festival Grand Finale
Enjoy a leisurely morning at your own pace. The evening brings the grand finale of the Petronio Festival — the most anticipated night of the week.

DAY 5 — Departures

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is due at the time of booking to secure your spot. Monthly payments required. The remaining balance is due on or before June 13, 2026. Reservations not paid in full by the balance due date may be released without notice and the deposit will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

If you cancel your reservation on or before June 13, 2026, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded in full.

If you cancel after June 13, 2026, no refunds will be issued for any payments made, including the balance.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Surreal Journeys Travel. The cancellation date is the date the written notice is received.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants. Surreal Journeys Travel is not responsible for costs incurred due to trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, lost luggage, flight delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants who choose to travel without insurance do so at their own risk.

ITINERARY & PRICING CHANGES

Surreal Journeys Travel reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, vendor availability, safety concerns, or force majeure events. Every effort will be made to substitute comparable experiences. No refunds will be issued for itinerary modifications outside of our control.

Pricing is based on costs at the time of publication. Surreal Journeys Travel reserves the right to adjust pricing in the event of significant currency fluctuations or supplier cost increases. Registered participants will be notified promptly of any such changes.

RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY

Surreal Journeys Travel acts as an agent for hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, and other third-party vendors. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by the actions or negligence of third-party suppliers.

Participation in all activities is at the participant's own risk. By booking this trip, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and agree to hold Surreal Journeys Travel harmless from any claims arising from your participation.

PASSPORT & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

All participants are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and meet all entry requirements for Colombia. Surreal Journeys Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper or expired travel documents.

HEALTH & CONDUCT

Participants are responsible for their own health and medical needs throughout the trip. Surreal Journeys Travel reserves the right to remove any participant from the group at their own expense if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to fellow travelers, guides, or local communities.
