Two of Ted Lasso’s biggest fans, Marnie Stockman and Nick Coniglio (authors of the book Lead It Like Lasso) will be joining us on this trip to relive and chat all things Lasso and how small changes and positive thinking overtime can really help you succeed in business and life! Visit film locations made famous by this widely loved series and experience these beautiful cities from a unique perspective. There is no other multi-day experience like this out there and is fully customized just for you and the other AFC Richmond supporters tagging along!

Experience the view from the pitch at Wembley Stadium, explore Amsterdam like Roy Kent and Jamie Tart, and raise a glass at the same table Coach Beard and Ted shared before matches.

DAY 1 ARRIVE LONDON

Enjoy a Double Decker Afternoon Tea Tour (Ted's Favorite)

Welcome to London! On arrival, you have a private transfer from the London Heathrow Airport to your hotel. After checking in to the hotel. you'll enjoy Afternoon Tea aboard the English Tea Bus and get a unique tour of London.

DAY 2 - RICHMOND

Tour of Ted Lasso Film Locations & Dinner at the Crown & Anchor

Enjoy a tour of Ted Lasso Film Locations in Richmond with an expert guide. We'll visit 26 locations used in the series with insider information from your expert guide who is a "TedHead" themselves! This evening enjoy dinner at the Crown and Anchor A.K.A. the Prince's Head with a discussion about the book 'Lead It Like Lasso'.

DAY 3 - STADIUM TOURS

Visit "Nelson Road" Crystal Palace and Wembley Stadium

Today visit both the Crystal Palace and Wembley Stadium on amazing tours of the grounds! For stadium scenes on matchday, Crystal Palace's ground, Selhurst Park, doubles up to become Nelson Road Stadium, the fictional ground of AFC Richmond.

DAY 4 - LONDON TO AMSTERDAM

The Team Goes to Amsterdam

Today take the Eurostar from London to Amsterdam.

Welcome to this picture-perfect city, buzzing with bicycles and boats along the canals.

This evening enjoy dinner and music at a local Jazz club and feel the vibe of the city.

DAY 5 - EXPLORE AMSTERDAM

Gezellig!

Delve into the "gezelligheid" of Amsterdam during a city orientation – to see its beautifully preserved medieval buildings and tree-lined canals. Next Experience the Van Gogh Museum and take the the sunflower painting which could inspire or next ephipany!

This evening enjoy a scenic canal cruise, including a light meal and welcome drinks, admiring the centuries-old gabled façades of canal houses. Discover the architectural gems of the old city, including mansions dating from the Golden Age of the 17th Century.

Used in 'Ted Lasso' Episode 6, “gezellig” roughly means convivial, cozy, and fun, in Dutch!

DAY 6 - WINDMILLS

Bike to the Windmills

Today enjoy a bike rental and ride to Zaanse Schans to admire the windmills*. The rest of the day is at your leisure.
*The Travel Director will be joining the group on the bike ride, so any guests who decide not to join will be on their own.

DAY 7 - DEPART AMSTERDAM

After breakfast, share a group transfer to the Amsterdam Airport for your departure flights. We will likely have 2 group transfer times and will organize them based on everyone's departure flights to make sure everyone arrives at the airport with plenty of time to check bags, get through security, and find your gate ahead of boarding.

If you are extending your trip or have a late flight you may opt to schedule your own transfer with Cirillo Travel Group.

Cancellation by Traveler

Travel arrangements for any member of the party may be canceled at any time by written notice by the person who made the booking. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing directly to Cirillo Travel Group.

If notice of cancellation is received by the Provider before final payment is due (see Table), the deposit will be retained. If cancellation is made after final payment is due cancellation fees will apply (see Table).

If a person in a party cancels and there is a room change caused by this cancellation (such as a double room to Single, or Triple to double room), charges for the new room type will be the responsibility of the remaining party.

If a guest fails to join the trip on the day of departure, cancellation fees will be 100% (unless the guest notifies us of the delay and joins the trip later at their own expense).

Cancellation fees as per the Table apply to additional accommodation and/or chargeable transfers prior to and after the trip, itinerary extensions or cruise reserved through the Provider.

Cancellation fees and charges will include any amounts that we have paid or have contractually committed to pay to third parties to deliver your travel arrangements which we cannot reasonably recover (for example payments made or due to tour operators and hotels). Any payments we have made to third parties will only be refunded to you once we have deducted the above cancellation fees and charges and once we have actually recovered the amounts from the third parties.

All cancellation fees as per the Table are additional to any cancellation fees or other charges that may be levied by the Airline for your flights booked outside of this package.

Travel Protection Plan premiums are non-refundable.

If the reason for your cancellation is covered under your insurance, you may be able to reclaim these charges from your insurer. You are responsible to make the claim to the insurer.

Cancellation by the Provider

The Provider reserves the right, to modify or cancel any trip, accommodation, in-destination activity or arrangement, (definite or not), at any time.

Cancellation due to Failure to Pay:

If full payment is not received by the due date (see Table), The Provider has the right to cancel your reservation and no refund will be made. The Provider will not be responsible for lost reservations.

Cancellation due to Force Majeure Events:

If the Provider cancels a trip as a result of a Force Majeure Event, a future travel credit (FTC) to the value of funds paid to date less any third-party costs incurred will be provided. All FTCs will be valid for 24 months from date of issue.

Where a trip is terminated mid-trip due to a Force Majeure event, if we provide you with any alternative services or assistance (such as hotels or travel) then you agree to pay for these costs.

Cancellation due to Events other than Force Majeure Events:

If the cancellation by the Provider is not as a result of a Force Majeure Event, the Provider will provide an alternative comparable trip (if available), if an alternative is not available then a refund will be made. The Provider is not liable for any cancellation or change cost or penalties incurred on other travel arrangements, including air travel, that may be affected thereby.

Cirillo Travel Group is not responsible for other travel arrangements that you or your party have made outside the Provider, and which are affected by our cancellations.

Early Return, Illness or Absence

Early return expenses are the guest’s responsibility. There is no refund for absence or early departure from a trip, including but not limited to missed hotels, transfers, meals or sightseeing or optional extensions. Cirillo Travel Group provides a protection policy that covers the dates and value of the purchased package but urges you to purchase travel insurance that covers such circumstances if additional travel is planned outside of the quoted itinerary. The Provider makes no representation or guarantees concerning reimbursement, scope of coverage, or other aspects of any travel insurance policy or claim.

Documentation: Electronic travel documents will be emailed approximately 2 - 3 weeks prior to departure. Electronic travel documents will be sent to the email address we have on file.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of USD $500 per traveler is required to join the group.

Final Payment: Due in our office by no later than March 1 2025

Price: All prices for land itineraries are per person in USD. Prices are based on charges, taxes and levies current at the time of booking and may change if there are significant changes in taxes, charges or levies imposed by any government or its agencies. The price is based on a minimum passenger number of 20 travelers and in order for the tour to operate at the quoted price, these passenger numbers must be met.

Refunds: No refund is available if cancellations occur after the tour has commenced or in respect of any tours, accommodation, meals or any other services not utilized. Trip Insurance would cover these in the event of sickness or travel interruptions/delays. This is why we require and include an insurance policy in this tour pacakge.

Itinerary Changes & Tour Cancellation: Cirillo Travel Group reserve the right to vary itineraries should circumstances dictate, as well as cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements, or circumstances beyond its control. Confirmed hotels are subject to change beyond our control. In this situation, we will arrange an alternative property as similar as possible.

Travel Insurance: Cirillo Travel Group highly recommends that all guests purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance. Cirillo Travel GRoup will follow up with your options. Please note, that travel insurance provided through Cirillo Travel Group will only cover the amount being charged and collected for the tour package and will not cover the value of your flights or any additional travel plans you make outside of Cirillo Travel Group.

Tour Membership: Any person under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. The Tour Director may, at his or her discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour if he or she deems the person’s acts or conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, and we shall have no further liability.

Baggage Allowance & Porterage: Porterage of one suitcase per person to and from the hotel and motorcoach is included in the tour price (unless otherwise specified). Due to limited coach capacity, the sum of the length, width & depth of the case should not exceed 160cm (63 inches), and weight should not exceed 20kg (44lbs). Charges may be levied in the event these limits are exceeded & the promise to transport you may be invalidated.

What’s Not Included: Airfare, Passports and applicable visa fees, laundry, phone calls, items of a personal nature, beverages, meals and sightseeing not detailed on the itinerary, tips and gratuities to the hotel staff and local city guides, excess baggage, optional experiences, and additional travel insurance.
