We will schedule an introductory Zoom call when everyone has booked the trip. Prices are subject to change until booked, so it's best to book as soon as possible.
Please note the dates listed for the trip are the dates you will check in and out of the hotel. Depending on where you reside, you might have to fly out 1-2 days prior to your hotel arrival. This is based on commute time and the time difference when you arrive.

We are not holding any space as of now. Rooms and rates are subject to availability
- All Prices are valid for given dates and based on a minimum of 10 to 20 adults traveling together.
- Similar hotels in the same star category will be provided in case a particular hotel/room is unavailable.
- Any increase or decrease in the number of nights/persons or change in travel dates will have might have a different rate.
- The price is valid till 26 Apr2024. Beyond that the prices may change. Hence please book and lock the prices.
- A Nonrefundable deposit is $ 300 per person to secure the rooms.
- Full & final payment must be settled at least 70 days before the tour start date.
- Most of the hotels provide one extra bed in a room. In case of triple occupancy rollaway/sofa/ Mattress/ extra bed will be provided as per hotel for 3rd person (if any) in the same room. Price per person remains the same
- Hotel Check-in time is 1500 and check-out time is 1100 .
- Passport must continue to be valid for at least 6 months after the trip departure date.
- The above quote includes only one time airport arrival and departure. This means everyone flights will be coordinated to arrive at the same time.
- Currently no Visa requirement if you have a valid U.S. passport and staying for less than 90 days. You will be promptly notified if any requirements change.
- We do not hold any responsibility for any event which is beyond our control like flight cancellations, delays, miss - connection or loss of baggage we will advise you to call airlines directly in such situations (Trip insurance is highly advisable for these situations). We suggest you book travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances like flight delays, missed connections, loss of luggage, medical, Etc.
