Itinerary:

Day 1: Welcome to Costa Rica (10/11/25)
 
Welcome to San José, Costa Rica! After settling into your hotel, we’ll kick off the adventure with a welcome dinner at Furca, a fantastic farm-to-table restaurant where you'll enjoy fresh, locally-sourced dishes that showcase the flavors of Costa Rica.
 
Day 2: Journey to Arenal & Natural Hot Springs (10/12/25)
 
Start your day with a relaxed breakfast before we embark on a scenic drive to Arenal, Costa Rica. After checking into your hotel, you’ll have some time to unwind, unpack, and rest. Later, we’ll visit one of the most stunning hot springs in the country, where you can soak in the natural beauty and relax in the warm waters surrounded by lush rainforest. It’s the perfect way to ease into the vibe of Arenal!
 
Day 3: The Blue Waters of Rio Celeste (10/13/25)
 
After breakfast, we’ll journey to Tenorio Volcano National Park for a breathtaking hike through lush rainforest trails. As we make our way through the park, you’ll be amazed by the vibrant turquoise waters of Rio Celeste, created by a magical natural blend of minerals. Along the hike, you’ll encounter waterfalls, hot springs, and stunning views of the surrounding rainforest. A delicious lunch will be provided during the hike, allowing you to recharge and take in the beauty of this extraordinary destination.
 
Day 4: Treetop Thrills & Town Treasures (10/14/25)
 
Today we’ll embark on an action-packed morning of ziplining, walking across hanging bridges, and taking a scenic tram ride through the rainforest. Later, you’ll have free time to explore the town of La Fortuna, shop for souvenirs, and enjoy local treats before we gather for dinner at a popular local hotspot.
 
Day 5: Farewell Arenal & Journey to the Pacific Coast (10/15/25)
 
We say farewell to this incredible destination, where lush rainforests, majestic volcanoes, and natural hot springs create an unforgettable backdrop. As we make our way to the Pacific coast, the drive offers breathtaking views of Costa Rica’s diverse landscapes—lush valleys, cascading rivers, and dense jungles. Upon arrival, you’ll check into a peaceful boutique retreat, surrounded by nature’s beauty and the soothing sounds of the ocean. To cap off the day, we’ll enjoy a delicious group dinner, watching the sun set over the Pacific horizon.
 
Day 6: Kayaking & Wildlife Adventure (10/16/25)
 
Get ready for an exhilarating kayak adventure along the Pacific coast, where you’ll paddle through pristine waters surrounded by lush coastal vegetation. You might spot playful dolphins, sea turtles, and vibrant birdlife, while the dense mangroves and jungle backdrop create a one-of-a-kind view of Costa Rica's biodiversity. For those seeking more adventure, an optional horseback ride at sunset is available to explore the coastline. Alternatively, feel free to relax and unwind at the boutique retreat, soaking in the beauty of your surroundings.
 
Day 7: Waves, Markets & Your Day to Unwind (10/17/25)
 
Enjoy a surf lesson on the Pacific coast, followed by a visit to the local farmers market, open only on Fridays, where you can shop for unique trinkets, handmade art, and souvenirs. The rest of the day is yours to relax at the beach, unwind at the hotel, or explore at your own pace.
 
Day 8: A Flavorful Goodbye (10/18/25)
 
We’ll journey back to San José, where the adventure concludes with a unique culinary experience that’s unlike anything you’ve encountered. Prepare for a memorable farewell dinner that showcases the vibrant flavors of Costa Rica, leaving you with a final taste of this beautiful country.
 
Day 9: Farewell Costa Rica (10/19/25)
 
It’s time to say goodbye, reflecting on the unforgettable memories and friendships made throughout this incredible journey.
 

Changes and Cancellations:

Globetrotters Media LLC reserves the right to make changes to the trip itinerary or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances. If the trip is canceled, you will receive a refund of payments made, but we will not be liable for additional costs such as flights or travel insurance.

By confirming your booking, you accept these terms and conditions and understand your responsibilities as a participant on this tour.

Booking Terms:

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your spot.

  • Final Payment: Full payment is due 30 days before the trip start date (by September 10th, 2025).

  • Travel Insurance: Mandatory for all participants. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to departure.

  • Airfare & Accommodation: Airfare, pre-night, and post-night stays are not included, but we are happy to assist and make recommendations but the buyer is solely responsible for these decisions.

Refund Policy:

  • Within 72 hours of purchase: Full refund.

  • Up to 90 days before departure: Full refund, excluding the non-refundable $300 deposit.

  • Up to 60 days before departure: 50% refund of total paid, excluding the non-refundable $300 deposit.

  • Up to 30 days before departure: 25% refund of total paid, excluding the non-refundable $300 deposit.

  • Less than 30 days: No refund, but a credit for a future trip will be issued.
